This review is of the G.O.A.T. Box.

This is the letter that was enclosed in my box, detailing all the contents. It looks like my box has a little of everything in it!

On the reverse side is a recipe for Chicken Apple Salad & Viniagrette. It actually looks delicious and super healthy. There is also information about how to win a free box!

Vitality Bra by Born Primitive – Value $42

I absolutely love the strappy criss-cross design on the back of this sports bra! It is so cool! I wore this bra during yoga the other day to test it out. I need to breathe really BIG during yoga, so it is easy to tell if a sports bra is too constrictive. This was suppotive yet allowed me to breathe perfectly fine. What more could I ask?

The bra came with cup inserts and a coupon for 15% off at Primitive Apparel. I didn’t try the cups yet! There’s not much point in trying to impress my dog, who was the only one with me during my workout.

Accustrap by SKLZ – Value $29.99

This is a trigger point massage ball on a strap, and after trying it, I have to admit it’s a Godsend. I have lower back problems, and I’m supposed to massage my “trigger points” on my hips by rolling around on a tennis ball. That method hurts and is pretty tedious. This makes it a million times easier! Score!

Shower Pill Athletic Body Wipes (10) – Value $9.99

I tried one of these after a brief stint on the treadmill at work the other day. It worked pretty well! I smelled ok, stopped sweating, and didn’t feel super sticky afterwards like with some other types of skin wipes.

OneFitWonder Speed Rope – Value $10

Jumping Rope is off the menu for me at the moment due to a back injury, but this rope got great reviews. My son can definitely use this, so it won’t go to waste.

PreWOD by Driven Nutrition – Value $39.99

This is a powdered supplement you mix with water and drink before your workout to increase energy and intensity. It has zero calories and zero carbs, so that’s good news for those who workout in an effort to lose weight. It is sweetened with sucralose, just FYI. It tastes amazing! Unfortunately, I couldn’t evaluate it properly because I did something stupid… It says right on the bottle to start with half a scoop to see if you can tolerate it. I totally ignored that and used a full scoop, and I did not tolerate it very well. I got massive stomach cramps! This was completely my fault, but I wanted to mention this in case anyone is planning to try this.

VerdictStrength Crate is awesome! This is one of the few fitness boxes I’ve seen that wasn’t mainly samples of supplements, and I am so glad! They included something from all kinds of different categories that will totally help me with my workouts. Plus the value of this month’s included items totals about $132, which is amazing for an $86 box! I think if you work out regularly and are looking to try new products that will enhance your experience, Strength Crate is a winner.

What do you think of Strength Crate? Did you get the same products?
