SS4

I really am enjoying this subscription. The brands and products they include are new to me, they have great curation and balance between salty and sweet, and I don't have to worry about eating a ton of empty calories.  This is definitely a great 'better for you' snack box.  I really like that they usually include coupons, and they always have an information card!

There are always quite a few snacks included, so let's get to the good stuff!

SS5

Cosmos Creations Caramel Apple Crisp - $1.00?

I always love Cosmos Creations puffed corn.  One of the things I hate about popcorn is the fact that the kernels get stuck in your teeth.  With this stuff, you have no worries, other than eating a massive amount in one setting.  This flavor was delicious!

Natural Sins Crispy Pineapple Thins - $3.41

I've never had anything like these before.  These are super thinly sliced pineapple fruit (I mean so thin you can see through it), and then baked into something similar to a chip!  They're crunchy and super flavorful.  I really, really liked these!

Gorge Delights Just Fruit Bar - Apple Raspberry - $1.69

This really is a just fruit bar.  It only has apple and raspberry concentrate listed as ingredients.  It's very good, and reminds me of a grown up version of these.

SS6

HannahMax Baking Crunchy Cookie Chips - Cinnamon Sugar - $2.29

These are excellent.  I've had versions of these before, and I think it's brilliant!  Perfect for those snackers that love crunch, but also want something sweet.  These tasted exactly like snickerdoodles, and they come in small enough bags that it is safe to down it in one setting!

Chosen Foods Mango Bites with Chia - $1.33

These were great - I received the vanilla version last month, and enjoyed them.  These are definitely mango flavored, and also very good!

Little Secrets Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Candies - $2.49

These are like super delicious Reese's Pieces.  They're a bit thicker than your standard Reese's Pieces, and the flavor is just amazing with the dark chocolate.  They use fair trade chocolate, and their ingredients are natural.  Best of all though - they're delicious.

SS7

Good Health Veggie Stix - $0.87

I was nervous to try these because sometimes veggie sticks are great, and sometimes they're not so great.  These ones were really good!  So good, that I couldn't just eat one to sample them!

ONA Cookies Maple Pecan - $2.58

I would consider the texture of this more similar to cookie dough than an actual cookie.  I could definitely taste both maple and pecan in this Paleo cookie.  I think I would prefer one of the other flavors, but this one was good.  I'm just not the biggest fan of pecans!

Monkey Love Chocolate-Banana Granola Bites - $2.00

These are very good.  They're not super crunchy, and the banana flavor isn't too strong.  Of course, I think they would be great with peanut butter in them as well, but not everything can be perfect, right?  I would definitely buy these to eat on the go!

SS8

Pipcorn Kettle Mini Popcorn - $2.25

This is super tiny popcorn - which, by default, makes it cute and adorable.  There are other delicious sounding flavors on Pipcorn's website - I may need to buy some of the samplers!  Truffle?  Yes, please!  This kettle corn flavor tasted just like kettle corn, and the whole bag only has 100 calories!

Purple Heirloom Potato Chips - $1.80

These are really pretty potato chips, and the flavor was great too.  They're cooked in coconut oil, and they're lightly salted.

Verdict:  Since I've started college, I've started loving this box even more.  Everything is a small enough size that I can shove in my school bag and eat between classes, instead of running to the nearest fast food restaurant.  All of the snacks are healthier for me, and taste delicious.  This SnackSack was a little heavier on the sweets than the past, so I do hope they continue to find savory options to include!  The value of this shipment was about $22.71.  Yes, that is a bit lower than the cost of the box, but since I am always introduced to new snack brands, and new snacks, I don't mind the discrepancy.  It would be nice for them to throw in one more snack to meet the $24 cost, but I always like to keep in mind that these smaller box companies are paying for shipping.  I tend to think of it in terms of getting $22.71 worth of product, and only paying $1.29 for shipping and someone else finding all my snacks for a few weeks!

Bekki first discovered subscription boxes in 2014 and they quickly took over her life! (Not quite, but pretty close.) She started with POPSUGAR Must Have, then moved to Little Lace Box, Birchbox, Hamptons Lane...the rest was history. Her favorite product find is Beekman 1802 Fudge (so, so good) and her favorite boxes are Birchbox and Hamptons Lane...but she's always looking for a new subscription to try!

Thanks for the info!
Just an fyi – that JOY10 code takes 10% off longer subs too. I just used it on a 3-mo sub and it took $7.11 off.

I have been subscribed to SnackSack for the past several months and I always end up loving the things they send, even when I don’t initially think I will. They also have the most amazing customer service!

Thanks for your review. Finally a snack box that isn’t full of chocolate ! My son is in college, too, and so far the boxes I have sent him have had mostly chocolate snacks and he really hates chocolate.
