This is a review of the Mindful + Mystic Monthly Box/Bundle.

This month’s theme is “Get GOALden in 2016,” and it’s all about making your dreams come true! Perfect timing, too – I think we all like to think about our goals and hopes as the new year begins. This is a folder that’s filled with all kinds of resources to help set and make your goals this year!

Sapphire Soul always comes with tons of tiny literature! This month there is a bookmark, a little fortune, and two cards from a Dive Deep deck. I received the full deck from Sapphire Soul before, and I’ve found it to be helpful and kind of fun, too. There are sort of “deep” questions on each card. You can pull a card randomly and meditate on your own answers, or you can use the deck with a partner to form a closer bond.

Also included was this little thank you note. It details all the different ways you can connect with Sapphire Soul online.

The hero item for this month is actually this brochure, a wish guide! The pdf is still available online for purchase and download. This is also really good timing for me. In November I started doing intention setting on each new moon, and I haven’t really felt 100% sure I knew how to do it right. This brochure completely explains that and many other aspects of creating abundance.

Here’s a sample page: a moon phase calendar.

This is another sample page which shows all the different types of full moons we will be having this year and what they represent.

These abundance checks are part of the folder of goodies. This is a very cute idea! And aside from being cute, it’s always a good idea to write out your hopes, dreams, and intentions.

The glittery pen, top, is perfect for working through your wish guide! The gems in the top of it have been infused with sun and moonlight (and good vibes, of course). Pictured below that is some “moon” incense. I have a limited tolerance for incense in general, but this type is fairly light and has a pleasant aroma.

The final item is this beautiful moonstone crystal necklace! Against a darker background it truly glows! Moonstone is good for traveling and fertility, and it is one of the best stones for new moon wishing. I love this piece!

Verdict: I have really enjoyed my subscription to Sapphire Soul so far! It seems that the force behind Sapphire Soul (Allison Dailey) is shifting a little from curator to expert with this package and this new year, and I like it! I’ve received boxes before with various crystals and totems, but without sufficient information to really make the most of them. I like that this package fills in those knowledge gaps for me. Plus I needed a new glittery pen!

Spoiler: February’s theme is “What Color is Your Love?” and it will be full of “crystal candy”!

What do you think of Sapphire Soul?

  1. The crystal is Opalite not moonstone therefore carries its own spiritual baggage so to speak. Surprised dismayed that she didn’t actually specify that. This is looking to be quite hoaky. She spends quite a bit of time on the cards she is printing out but very little in the way of the product. Disappointing.

  2. I really like that pen! Hopefully someone puts it up for swaps.

  3. I’m not seeing the Treasure option on their site, very excited to try this box though!
