Graze is a mini-snack subscription box that sends a customized selection of treats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. They offer over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences.
For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to trash snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.
Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes.
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

The back of the personalized fold out card has nutritional info, ingredients, and expiration dates for each snack.
Tuscan Pesto Kern Pops
This snack consists of cheddar popped corn kernels and mini basil breadsticks. It’s high in fiber and contains only 130 calories.
Chocolate Pretzel
I think I say this in every review, but my husband and I are big fans of Graze’s “dippers.” In this one, lightly salted pretzel sticks are paired with a cocoa and hazelnut dip, and it’s a winning combination. I don’t believe we’ve tried this one before, but I’m going to have to adjust my online preferences to make sure we receive it again soon!
Salted Fudge & Peanut Cookie
This snack, on the other hand, is one that’s been popping up a lot lately. It’s a mix of salted peanuts, redskin peanuts, vanilla fudge, and mini chocolate cookies. My husband is a big fan of this snack, so he always claims it (though, he always lets me steal a cube or two of the fudge).
Apple & Cinnamon Flapjack
Graze’s flapjacks are another favorite in my house. This one is made with rustic rolled oats, apple, and cinnamon.
Anytime Energizer
Anytime Energizer is a mix of cherry, pear, and walnut. According to the package, this mix provides a large dose of copper and magnesium, great sources of energy.
Vitamin C Crush
My husband is a sucker for tropical flavors, so he loves this blend of pineapple, mango, and coconut.
Chocolate Cherry Protein Granola Topper
This is only the second time I’ve received one of Graze’s Granola Toppers, and I’m a big fan. I tried this one with some plain Greek yogurt, and it made a delicious (and quick!) breakfast.
Herby Bread Basket
Of all the snacks I receive from Graze, I probably get this one most often. It’s not my favorite snack flavor-wise, but I often crave carbs when I’m hungry, and Herby Bread Basket always seems to satisfy my craving and keep me from further nibbling.
Verdict: Graze is one of the first subscription boxes I ever signed up for, and it’s still one of my favorites. I love Graze’s single-serve packs and their large variety of snacks. The quality of the snacks is generally very high, and I like how easy it is to tailor my preferences online.
I used to subscribe to their 4-snack box (with delivery every two weeks), and I was automatically upgraded to the 8-snack box last month when they did away with the 4-snack option. I’ve since changed my subscription so that I only receive one box per month, and I’m pretty happy with the way things are working out. I’m now receiving the same number of snacks per month for less money!
