  1. Please DO NOT EVER!!! sign up for this box!! It’s such a scam, I’ve never had this bad of customer service with any box and I’ve signed up for some terrible ones. I’m the unhappy person on the Forum, I have tried to contact Kloverbox, they won’t respond to my emails, I messaged them on FB, again won’t respond to me. I posted on their FB, they took it down and have since blocked me on their FB. They charged me for a new 3 month sub after I tried to cancel it and dispute it with my bank. I NEVER got a February box, that I was charged for and paid for!!! Today I get a shipping email for March.. Where’s my FEBRUARY box? Why can’t they respond to any of my emails or messages? Why do they have to take down negative comments and block people on FB? DO NOT sign up for this box, unless you just want to throw money down the drain on a bad company that may not even send you a box. I feel scammed that they “auto renew” so early, I didn’t get my last January box until February 1st. I was charged January 7th for another 3 months. I immediately emailed and never heard from them. I’ve never received my February box and I can’t get them to answer my emails at all. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

  2. Liz, I am very concerned with this box. I commented on their facebook page asking why comments I have read there that are not happy customers are being deleted. As I wanted to subscribe, I found this questionable and wanted to know if they would respond in a kind fashion. This is also mentioned on the forum and there is a very unhappy customer thread there and lots of comments. Well I took a screen shot and checked back 2 hours later and they deleted my comment as well as others I read earlier this morning. I feel like they should have a disclaimer regarding their customer service as it is very questionable and speaks to their integrity if they can not respond to complaints and instead, delete any that are nor perfect, glowing. I read on the forum that they are also charging people that cancelled and are fighting disputes and not communicating. It is sad but after following them for a year, ready to sub for a long period, this turned me off completely and I feel they have lost me forever. It is concerning as unless someone does their research, they may be in quite a fight with this company. Their customer service has taken quite a downward fall.
