The info cards come in a sealed envelope as an introduction to this month’s theme – Undead Valentine.

Here is the card this month, with each item displayed.

Fandora's Box Subscription Box Review February 2016 - shirt

Shaun of the Dead shirt – Value $10?

This month’s exclusive shirt features Shaun of the Dead mixed with Plants vs. Zombies. I like the print a lot – the shirt is on the heavier side, but also feels like quality.

Fandora's Box Subscription Box Review February 2016 - chucky doll

Chucky Vinyl Figure – Value $38 on Amazon

We had previously received a Glow-in-the-dark variant of this figure in the Loot Crate NYCC Creepy box. It’s definitely a cool, and quality, vinyl figure. Full disclosure, I was super bummed to see on the card that I could have received this vinyl or an awesome Freddy Krueger figure – I personally missed big on that.

Here it is out of the box. Chucky comes with a knife as well.

Fandora's Box Subscription Box Review February 2016 - POP and Dorbz

Daryl Dorbz – Value $10 on Amazon

Another duplicate for me – bah! We just received this one in Super Geek Box! Luckily, these are really easy to give away!

Mrs. Featherstone POP – Value $10.99

They also include a Funk POP, which is fantastic – both months have had a POP so far, which I love. I love getting POPs, but I don’t care much about Pride and Prejudice and Zombies – so this will also be a giveaway item!

Here is Mrs. Featherstone out of the box – it’s a cool design!

Fandora's Box Subscription Box Review February 2016 - comic and pocket POP

The Walking Dead Volume 1 – Value $8.49 on Amazon

This is required reading for The Walking Dead fans! I am current with this series, and already own the hardcover copy of the is volume, so I’m going to have to give this to a friend that needs to start reading it!

Jason Vorhees Pocket POP – Value $18 on Amazon

This is a Hot Topic exclusive blood spatter pocket POP – which makes it more valuable. I love Pocket POPs, and this is one that I don’t have, so it’s a big win!

Here’s the lil’ guy out of the box.

Verdict: Another incredibly solid month for Fandora’s Box! This month only missed for me on personal taste/items that I already own – but the value is incredible for the price of the box. I really appreciate that they’re only going for quality items, and not including items that might feel like filler – I hope they keep it up!

  1. I absolutely love the Pride and Prejudice Pops! I checked and they have them on Amazon if anyone else loves them 🙂

  2. Hi! That shirt is actually a mash up with Plants vs Zombies 🙂

    • I was going to write the same thing Jennifer!

    • and that makes much more sense given the zombies in Shaun of the Dead! Thanks!
