A Thirty One Bits $25 Gift Card! More about Thirty One Bits:

Our model is to empower people through the fashion industry. We work with our beneficiaries in Uganda to create fashionable, quality products. They earn an income enabling them to provide for their families. We care for them holistically through counseling, health education, finance training, and business mentorships. After five years in our program, our beneficiaries are ready to graduate. A graduated beneficiary has her own business and is educated, healthy, and confident. She is empowered.

And guess what? Everything we do is funded through product sales. That means every time you make a 31 bits purchase, you have a direct impact on women’s lives in Uganda.

And here is a look at some of their jewelry:

  1. How do you change your skin tone on this box? I don’t see any customization area…thanks !

  2. *newb question by the welcome box was my first box* I filled out my profile survey and put I was fair. So I should be covered? The spring box in the “shop” is just for the extra boxes right?

  3. Just looked at spring box and when you go to order it ask for skintone light-med or med -dark went in and updated profile to make sure I get right color

    • Ooh, thanks for the heads up on that!

    • Your comment helped me realize that there was a profile to fill out (Winter was my first FFF) . Thanks!

    • How do you select that in your account? I see no option

      • I just looked don’t see it either wonder if I need to log in with computer.

  4. I saw Bristol Palin on the website too, but FFF is so awesome, I didn’t hold it against them ?

    • Yeah, FFF is awesome. My comment was a knee-jerk reaction and I’m not proud of myself at the moment. Childish and impulsive is not becoming 🙁

      • It’s ok, I had a similar thought lol ? but then decided “whatever, it’s not stopping me” ?

      • I think that is really useful information for subscribers and that you have nothing to apologize for!

      • Good girl! 🙂 I like your post, we do tend to react too quickly sometimes. I don’t even know what your original post was but I love the fact you are taking ownership and stepping back. We should all do this more. Love it.

        • Hmm, thinking the original was about Bristol after reading? Dunno. Anna, you’re going to cancel? Enjoy the box, there is a time to take a stance and a time just to put opinion to the side. I would be more apt to cancel a subscription if they only sold to people they agree with politically or socially. It’s a big world out there and many opinions abound. We don’t have to be on the same happy page to enjoy the same beauty products. 😉

      • I didn’t think it was a childish response – standing up for your values is important. I, for one, stop purchasing products or visiting companies if they pay people I think have different values than me. Frankly if she is endorsing their products/company, I will have to rethink whether it’s a company I want to do business with.

  5. Liz, I completely understand if you don’t publish this, but Bristol Palin advertising for them on instagram has completely turned me off to this box. I just cancelled.

    • They have a lot of D-list celebrities adverstise the box, the CMT reality show people have all posted pics stating how much they loved the FFF boxes in the past, even the dudes… They had special promo codes so FFF can see which D-lister is the best source of cheap advertisement.

  6. On the web site they are asking people who buy the spring box to pick a skin tone, so I guess something like foundation will be included in this box.

  7. Looks great! I went on site and love “The Dreamer” necklace – looking forward to buying with the card!

  8. Aaaarrgggghhh! Must see more spoilers and add ons NOW!!!!!!

    • When I log into my account I see the spring box add-ons.

  9. Just got my welcome box today and can’t wait for more Spring spoilers 🙂

  10. Can’t wait for spoilers!!!

  11. Thanks Liz!! I am excited to see more spoilers. I have been looking forward to the spring box skipped the welcome ( too many similarities to the summer box).
