Medium Round Brush – value: $21

Last month I got their paddle brush, so I thought I’d snag a round brush to replace my old one this month. I like it alright but I really wish the bristles were either natural/synthetic bristles or plastic like they are but with the little round pieces of plastic on the ends. The way the bristles are hurts my scalp a bit.

Here’s a close up of the bristles so you can see what I mean a little better.

Above the Clouds Volumizing Mousse – value: $15

This mousse works well. I have fine hair and it didn’t weigh it down or leave any kind of weird residue or anything. It didn’t blow me away but it works!

Keep in Touch Flexible Hold Hairspray – value: $15

I like this hairspray. It’s definitely a light hold so it’s very fine and is just enough to finish off my blowout and help with fly-aways. This isn’t what I’d use to hold an up-do or anything, but it’s good for every day. It doesn’t smell bad, but it could smell better.

Verdict: I’m happy with this month’s match-up! I’m going to try the brush a couple more times to make sure I like it more than my old one. The value I got out of this month was a total of $51, and I’m good with that! I’m already looking forward to my next box!

I’ve been using the shampoo/conditioner for about 6 months. I’m very pleased. I’ve had a problem for awhile with dry scalp and greasy hair. This seems to have corrected the pr
