  1. Grabbed one of each – the holiday box for her was my first Target box and I used everything in the box (and gifted the lipstick). I’ll use everything in both of these boxes, it’s either stuff I already use or have been wanting to try!

I also still have quite a bit of the Marcelle (maybe?) moisturizer and the Olay moisturizer I haven’t even opened yet from the holiday box so I welcome more. I’m not picky about facial cream but I tend to not buy it for myself so I soak up any samples happily as they’re usually a good size and a little goes a long way! Same with the hair accessories, I can never have enough hair ties and headbands!

    • You are soooo lucky! I missed the holiday box. I’m so sad! I wanted the Star Wars lipstick more than anything.
I did manage to get one of each of these though.
      Soooo lucky πŸ˜‰

  2. Oh em gee! I was finally able to get it, both actually! I gues the third time IS a charm ha. Can’t wait to get this

  3. First time I have passed on a Target Beauty Box. I actually feel pretty maxed out on beauty items right now, and would have prefered more cosmetic items in the boxes. I’m sure I’ll get the next one, though! πŸ˜‰ In the meantime, I ordered a Modcloth Stylish Surprise which launched today. So, I guess you pass on some…you order some…lol! πŸ™‚

  4. I may be the only one, but I’m actually glad that this isn’t a subscription. If I bought one every month I would have too many products (even more of too many products?), but as it is I can grab one every now and then when I particularly like what’s included.

    • My sentiments exactly πŸ™‚

    • That’s a really good point you made. Though the Walmart Beauty Box ships only 4 times a year and is only $5, I would have loved to have skipped the last one had I known what was going to be in it beforehand. Though the Target Beauty Boxes are first come, first serve, it is nice knowing you aren’t committed to paying for something you aren’t in to.

      • I too have not been liking the Walmart ones at all. I keep saying I’m going to cancel, but for $5 wait to see what they have next. I don’t shop at Walmart, but I hear they are carrying more “high” end drugstore brands.

        • I have never had luck with walmart’s boxes. I received all but the very first box and this last box and yet cancelled twice (ha). Can you follow that? I’d see people get “good” stuff in their box, and I’d get a box of junk and cancel. I’d see a good box…and sign up again….and get a box of junk not worth $5. I was getting an “old lady” box and a “young lady” box. I got a few winners, like a full size Vaseline lotion one month in both boxes, a full size lipstick once and a full size lip gloss once, but that was it. I probably spent $40 and got maybe $7 worth of stuff I’d buy IF I needed it (and it was not something I’d buy anyway). I got more duds than winners and a lot of super small samples/coupons (like for Rogaine one month!). The time that the ROC was out and that great box came out—I got left over samples again that were like coupons and perfumes like you’d get in a mag. where you lift the flap and smell. For the life of me, I don’t know if they go by zip or what—but my ship date was ALWAYS way behind other’s boxes and I’d get leftovers and the same freebie size samples (not even deluxe size) in it. I got the worst boxes ever on the fall box when others got ROC and just asked for a refund (got it, too) on both boxes and quit for good. I have seen people get good items in it, but they never made it to my zip (lol). However, I did use those sturdy boxes to cover up & wrap Christmas gifts in! For this reason, I far prefer Target —-to me they knock it out of the park sometimes like on the mens holiday box and the womens box.

    • I agree – I don’t want it to be a regular subscription either.

  5. This is the first time I’ve been able to purchase the Target Beauty Boxes. Thanks to signing up for the Subscription Addiction newsletter, I actually knew they were available πŸ™‚ I was hoping for more in the way of cosmetics, but, I’m still very excited to get my boxes (I bought one of each, using a $15 Visa giftcard I earned on Swagbucks, so I’m not really out any money). My daughter travels a lot for sports, and a lot of these items will come in handy for her.

  6. I ordered mine at a little after 8:30 in California- so those who are late to the party can probably still get them! Yay! I figure if I use 2 or 3 of the items it’s a great deal!

    • I was able to get both boxes and it’s 12:06pm eastern time.

  7. You forgot to mention the Caress body wash! I worried for a sec that it was going to be yet another box where they showed something that ended up not being included, but the description on the Target site mentions it:

    “Caress Love Forever Body Wash
It’s the first body wash ever to use fragrance-release pearls with touch-activated technology. Release a burst of perfume every time you touch your skinβ€”all day long.”

    • Also, I got one of each πŸ˜‰

  8. I was bummed that I missed the Christmas ones, since they came out early on a SUNDAY, but I was able to get one of each of these. I was so shocked that they were still available at a little after 9 (eastern) that I added them both to my cart before I even read the list of what was in them πŸ™‚ I won’t use every single item, but I will use most of it. I’ve started keeping my extras that I don’t use in a basket, and when friends or family come over, I bring out the basket and let them choose whatever they want. It doesn’t get wasted and they get a treat for coming to my house πŸ™‚

    • That’s so funny…I did the exact same thing. I quickly added them both to my cart and checked out in under a minute for fear they would sell out mid-check out! I was laughing at myself as I went back to the product page post-purchase to see what I had actually just bought!

It looks like a few of the items are full size (the Degree, the mascara, the Micella wipes and obviously the hair bands) so these boxes end up being pretty great deals. The somewhat blind purchase wasn’t too big of a risk (especially since the collective contents of both had already been disclosed).

      • I literally did the exact same thing!

“Okay, Let me look at what I just bought!”

  9. Thanks Liz. Got one of each. I love the target box. I like everyone wish they would do a monthly box.

  10. I was more excited about the Reneeal box!! So I ordered 2 of that one and 1 of of the Refresh. Hard to pass up!!! πŸ™‚

  11. I got one of each! I love these boxes πŸ™‚ Thanks for posting, Liz!

  12. i cant get one because they dont take international cards πŸ™ πŸ™ πŸ™

  13. so is it just a cushion without makeup?

    • I had the sample before. it came with 3 shades of bb cream and a cushion

  14. I’m so happy!! I have been trying to get a target beauty box for months!! So I ordered one of each. Just in time too because hubby is about to crack down on my spending but he let me get them because he knows I’ve been waiting to order them for so long!! Thanks for the updates, that’s the only reason I know when these go on sale!

  15. Refresh box, YOU ARE MINE!

  16. Yay! I got one of each, I always find uses for these from having company over who forgot their products to when I travel. They’re so affordable that I usually grab one.

  17. I ordered one of each. Anything I don’t use I give away or put in my “guest” basket. (I keep a basket of sample/travel products in a basket for guests – most everyone who comes to stay with me knows that I have plenty of shampoo/lotions/etc and don’t bother bringing those with them when they come for an overnight stay.) Love getting to try out new products!

  18. Yay! I bought one for my MIL, one for my SIL, and one of each for myself. I’ve been dying to try the Nip+Fab Glycolic Pads and I adore HadaLabo products – the rest will be useful to pack in our hospital bags for when I have my baby. πŸ™‚

  19. Got one of each! I’m in love with these boxes. It’s always an outstanding value and great mix of usable products. I’d sub in a heartbeat if it went monthly. Thanks for the alert Liz!

    • You’re welcome! Fingers crossed for a monthly Target Beauty Box subscription in the future! πŸ™‚

  20. Yay got 2 of each I have 4 girls 2 granddaughtets so it all gets used.

  21. Thank you Liz! You are awesome! I got one of each. πŸ™‚

  22. Grabbed both and an extra of the one with the degrees deodorant! I use the normal one so this might be amazing and it’s pretty much the same price as the box so getting an extra was easy! Also YAY for the quarter system (I will never say that again lol) because I had to get up early for classes and I’m on the west coast!! I’m afraid I would have missed this otherwise since it started so early. Thanks Liz! Haven’t missed one in a year (one that I wanted anyway) and this site is totally why!

    • I missed the simple wipes when first buying the boxes…went back and bought an extra of the first one too. Oh lord lol. But I LOVE that brand (my absolute HG eye makeup remover Is Simple) so it had to be done.

  23. Wow! I was in time to pick up 1 of each of the boxes! Yay πŸ˜€

  24. Yay!! I was able to get 2 of the first box and 1 of the second box. Definitely worth the wait. Thanks Liz for the wonderful job you do!! You have a fan for life.

  25. YAY I got ten of each! Just kidding, one of each :} Gotta leave some for others right?

  26. I grabbed the refresh box. I haven’t gotten a target beauty box before, but I’m very intrigued – and at $7 I don’t feel guilty about it!

  27. I got one of each! they are a huge value for what you pay! Many of those products I already use so this works out great! love this box and cant wait for it to arrive!

  28. Yeah…not to mention the BB cream ALONE is worth $35. To get it for $7?? But of course look at the other things you are getting…I’m always excited for Japanese face masks, and the in-shower lotions. I also got the Refresh box. I’ve been wanting to try the Micellar wipes, and Simple is a great brand. Then of course MORE in-shower lotion…anything to save me steps (and time)…but I also am in serious need of a good day face cream. And the Nip+Fab Glycolic Fix Pads…I could go on. For $14 TOTAL, this is way too good to pass up.

    • I think it’s just a sample of the bb cream.

      • Oh ok. Still…. over all great value for all you are getting

  29. Oh, hi! πŸ™‚
Do you know if is there a promo code coupon that can i use with this box?

    • I’ve never seen one. Grab them if you want them. They’ll be gone soon.

  30. In for one of each! Thanks for the heads up!

  31. Got one of each. Fell like I won the lottery! Lol

  32. Thank you, Liz! These are great to use and share with others. πŸ™‚

  33. I got one! Thanks for the email alert!

  34. I just bought both! I’ve been wanting to try those Micellar wipes from Simple. AND I have been needing a good daily moisturizer. Then of course the face mask and in-shower lotions are great! All that and a LOT of other useful things for $14?? Uh yeah, REALLY good deal not to pass on!

  35. I used the $3 off $15 promo code from the last Target box as it doesn’t expire until 1/10. I got 2 of each box to share with my 2 daughters and with the 5% off and free shipping my total came to $25.18.

    • It would not take my code. πŸ™

      • I was able to use mine this morning – but only the one from the Women’s box would work – for whatever reason the Men’s code didn’t work.
And make sure you have $15 worth of stuff in your cart.

      • Mine either but I only tried once since I didn’t want to waste time fiddling and have them sell out.

    • Target could have combined all these products into one box considering samples aren’t that large! Total waste of $ having to pay for foil samples (box fillers).

      • I am confused by this. Most of the products are deluxe samples or full size. Where are all the foil packets?

    • I did 2 diff orders cuz I had 2 of those coupons from the last boxes and added my fave dr pepper Chapstick to each order. About $25 for 4 boxes and the 2 lip smackers thanks to coupons and red card!

    • Crap! I forgot about that coupon! And I just stuck it in my purse yesterday! Doh!

  36. I got one of each! Thanks, Liz!

  37. Buying one of each. These are the first ones I actually aren’t really interested in and don’t think ill use almost any of it but now that I found the Homeless shelter near my office so its worth it to have stuff to donate since the price is so good.

  38. Thanks, picked up one of each

  39. I was able to get 2 of each 1 for me and 1 for my sister

  40. Third time in a row I am skipping the Target beauty boxes. Nothing in either that I really need. I am kind of relieved. Ha ha.

    • I feel the same way!
After Christmas and all the spending, I was relieved to see these boxes aren’t anything I need/want. The last time I was excited about the Target boxes I got the one for curly hair for my daughter. It’s hard to top a box where we’ve used everything!

    • Yeah, this is the second or third time skipping for me, too. I even have a $2.12 credit for Target online but I didn’t feel excited enough to use it on these.

  41. I got one of each! I was sad I missed out on the Christmas boxes, but these look pretty good! πŸ™‚

  42. Yey!!!…I saw the you post on Instagram and I run to get mine, last time I lose it so this time I get one of each? thank you!!

  43. I ordered one of each for me and my mom as well! I missed out on the last two rounds of Target boxes, so I took advantage this time!

These have some really great products that I already use as well, which is super helpful for some upcoming travel!

  44. Yeahhh!! :))) I’ve been watching my alerts like a hawk for the past couple days. Got one of each, definitely happy I got it in time!! Thanks for the alert!! :)) I missed the last two. I was so impressed with the boxes a couple of months ago, still happy with them but I think I got more out of the $5 boxes. Lol Thanks again!! :))

  45. Scored a Target refresh!! Woo-hoo!

  46. I got one of each also! Also picked up toothpaste b/c I needed some and then got free shipping on everything using my Red card. I love Target!

  47. That just made a Monday a little brighter.

  48. Finally! I got one of each. πŸ™‚

  49. I ordered for me & my mom! So excited to get this one since I missed the last

  50. I just ordered mine! Hurry up ladies you know these things sell out fast!

    • Exactly, this went live in the early hours again—-I saw it at around 2:15 a.m. central and could check out around 2:40 but read before I checked out that someone got two around midnight their time and then it went down again. They’ve been out hours at least, go get one if you are interested!
