Horror Block Subscription Box Review + Coupon December 2015 - shirt

Wes Craven Tribute Shirt – Value $10?

I love that they finally have a Wes Craven tribute item! This shirt includes all of his classic characters – I’m loving this month’s shirt!

Horror Block Subscription Box Review + Coupon December 2015 - plush

A Nightmare On Elm Street Freddy Krueger Plush – Value $10?

Another exclusive item this month is this Freddy plush. I’m not a big fan of the style of the recent plushes from Nerd Block boxes, but I love Freddy Krueger! Elm Street is one of my favorite horror franchises!

Horror Block Subscription Box Review + Coupon December 2015 - zombie hula girl and pocket pop

Daryl Dixon Pocket POP – Value $13

This is a bloody Daryl Dixon Horror Block exclusive variant! I really like Pocket POPs, and even though this is the third Daryl Dixon Pocket POP I’ve received lately, I will happily accept the bloody variant!

Zombie Hula Girl – Value $10?

Here’s another exclusive this month. A zombie hula girl for you car – and it’s pretty cool!

Horror Block Subscription Box Review + Coupon December 2015 - zombie hula girl

Here’s a close-up of the hula girl, which has the hula movement in the hips that you’d expect.

Godzilla vs. Cthulhu print – Value $5-10?

This print is from Paul Hanley. I’m definitely liking the art style of this print!

Horror Block Subscription Box Review + Coupon December 2015 - rue morgue

January 2016 Rue Morgue – Value $9.95

As always, the most recent copy of Rue Morgue.

Verdict: I like this month’s Horror Block more than most of their recent shipments. They have a lot of good exclusives this month – which is a big win! My only real complaint is an old one, I’m just not a fan of these plush items in Nerd Blocks. Besides that, I love the Wes Craven tribute so much! Very happy that they finally did it!

  1. I think my girl would have liked ths book, but we didn’t get it. Oh well. I resubscribed for next month.

  2. I was on the fence whether to order this or not because I love Freddy (but would not have liked the plush version of him) and I wanted to see what the Wes Craven tribute was going to be. I love that shirt! The Zombie Hula Girl is another winner!

  3. I love the T-shirt this month too, I’m also glad it’s red (getting kinda tired of black shirts! ) I’m putting the hula zombie on my car dash, gotta show her off! lol

    • I agree about the black shirts, Amanda! Especially since I have a white cat. lol And the zombie hula girl definitely has to go on the car dash. FUN!
