Grace & Stella Subscription Box Review December 2015 - footpeels

Grace & Stella Luxurious Foot Peeling Mask (2 pairs) – Value $21.90

These aren’t available in the shop on the Grace & Stella site, so I had to find them on Amazon.  The sale price on Amazon is $10.95 a pair, but the MSRP is $32.95 a pair.  So, if you go by the Grace & Stella MSRP, you’re getting a value of over $60.

At any rate, I love, love, love foot peels.  I try to do one every two months or so, and I used these right away.  They were kind of big for my feet (I wear size 7 shoes) but I was able to keep them on using a pair of thick socks over them.  Do not try to walk around in the plastic booties or you will slip and slide everywhere.  (Putting socks over them also helps them conform to your feet so you get better results if they’re too big.)

They also included a card with tips for using the foot peels.  Having past experience with similar products, I didn’t follow them exactly – who has two hours for foot soaking, sitting around, and more foot soaking?  I got them to work by putting them on after a shower, putting thick socks over them, walking around the house doing the things I normally do in the evening and rinsing my feet off.

I used one pair of these on a Monday and was getting peeling in some places by Thursday, which is about what I’ve experienced with other brands.  So they’re definitely effective!  (No idea how long the full peel will take.)

Verdict: I calculated a value of $21.90 for the December Grace and Stella subscription box.  Whether or not this meets the promised $30-50 in value depends on whether you go by the Amazon price or the MSRP.  But, it is definitely over the cost of the box.  And it happens to be a product I love (and that works), so it is a win for me.

I love foot peeling masks 🙂 Not that I need another sub, but the pricing on this one is fantastic (and free shipping). I’m having trouble seeing what other products they might send though (on their website plus the only reviews online are for this product) – looks like a mud mask, hair brush, hair volumizer and tooth whitening? I’m not sure that’s going to work for me. Any ideas?

In case you’re still interested in, I subscribed to this and my first box included the mud mask. It’s a decent product actually. Well worth the cost.

It’s hard for me to tell, too. There are a few of their branded items for sale on Amazon, as well, although there’s overlap with your list above. If they send me additional months to review, hopefully that will give people a better idea.
