Each Yogi Surprise box is now including a new yoga sequence card.

Laughing Giraffe Organics Pumpkin Spice Snackaroons – Value $8

These were amazing! (I’m using “were” because I pretty much inhaled them after taking this picture). They are gluten-free and vegan, too! Now I want to try all their other flavors!

Sibu Beauty Sea Buckthorn Age Defying Eye Cream – Value $25

This eye cream is 100% natural and cruelty and paraben free! It’s a really gentle formula too, so it should be good for sensitive skin.

Breath Perception by Dr. Barbara Ann Kipfer – Retail Value $14.95 (On Amazon for $13.41)

Book Summary from Amazon:

Breath Perception is your companion to understanding the power of breath and using it as a tool to improve your physical and mental health. Partly because we take breath for granted and do not “work” with it, we are somewhat unaware of the potential it holds to reduce stress, change metabolism, and increase our supply of energy. Breath Perception presents 261 simple exercises—one for every Monday through Friday—for using breath to attain greater well-being. On each page is a daily exercise followed by a “wake-up call,” bits of wisdom to inspire you and enrich your meditation. Develop compassion, gratitude, and forgiveness while de-stressing, lowering your blood pressure, and building up your immune system. Yes, simple breathing has the power to do all of that and more!

Sleep better at night, concentrate better at work, and connect better with loved ones at home. Once you learn to harness the power of breath, you’ll find that it serves you wherever you are, in whatever situations you find yourself. Smartly packaged and attractively designed, Breath Perception is perfect for anyone who wants to give the gift of well-being or who is looking for a way to enrich a yoga or meditation practice.

Banyan Botanicals Nasya Oil – Value $11

This is an oil designed to be used for soothing nasal passages. I’m out of my comfort zone on this one, so I appreciate that the included a guide:

Yuni Instant Shower Sheet – Value $12

These wipes are 100% natural, and smell good! I know these are meant to be body wipes, but I’ve been using them for general cleaning too – my desk smells really good right now!

Yummi Yogi Cookie Cutter – Value $8

I think this is such a great inclusion for the November box! (And there are a few poses available if you want to collect the whole set).

Verdict: This box has a retail value of about $79. I think that’s one of the best values I’ve seen for a Yogi Surprise box, and I really appreciate the curation this month too. The Snackaroons are my new favorite treat, and I’ll use every thing in this box (That nasal oil will probably stay in the medicine cabinet unopened for a while, though!)

What do you think of the November Yogi Surprise box?

  1. Love, love, love the book – best value by far of all the boxes (I’ve been subscribing since August 2015). Will come in very useful.

  2. I was unfamiliar with the nasty drops too until a couple of years ago. I went to an Ayurvedic doctor who was visiting my local yoga studio. He highly recommended these, especially during winters like we have here in Ohio. I have to say they have really helped me the past couple of winters by eliminating dry nasal passages at night caused by our heating systems.

    • Oh my! I meant Nasya drops. They are not ‘nasty’ at all. Whoops!
