  1. I just couldn’t resist. I’ve loved all their special edition boxes except for the last one they put out which was all sample size (didn’t get that one).

  2. I already got my box!!! “OMG” i just ordered yesterday and received it today!! CAME IN 24 HOURS >WOW >

    • For those who received it, any reviews?

      • I was sold on the Oribe and the Burberry highlighter. I was very pleased with the smell and texture of the shampoo/conditioner and it makes my hair feel like heaven. The highlighter is amazing, I honestly might even use it as a light eyeshadow. I love the smith and cult lip lacquer and it definitely will work for most skin tones. It is a bright pink. The pre shampoo treatment is thick and luxe, can’t wait to try! The lancer product is very nice but definitely only to be used sparingly as it is very abrasive. The Mask looks amazing and I just love luxury masks to begin with. The perfume, Joya, is not for me, the scent is not floral and it is a little bit earthy. This one will be happily gifted although the packaging is very nice. The packaging for the aroma therapy bath oil is adorable, it is a green star. The scent is strong and will definitely tingle when applied in the shower. Definitely able to gift if you do not like the very strong smell. The overnight facial is oil based nothing too special. The Ren skincare is nice along with the close up base and radical skincare but nothing wowing. I was intrigued with the cleansing balm, it looks like mud and I am curious how it works. It is supposed to take off mascara! The rose lip protectant is adorable and may be my favorite sample from the box! All in All, Oribe is amazing and the burberry highlighter is a new favorite! AND that rose lip protectant is adorable. If you’d be happy with those three products alone, you’ll love this box! Very happy!!!

  3. I just got mine in the mail! Super fast! LOVE Everything!!!!!!! <3

  4. This is a better deal than the glossybox subscription. At least I know what I am getting and these are super luxury items. The only danger is that if I fall in love with Oribe, then I would want to re-purchase…….the dilemma!

  5. Got my tracking number! Wooohoooo!!!

  6. Snagged one of these ASAP when I saw the email this morning! Woohoo! I have ordered all of their Special Edition/Luxe boxes and have never been disappointed.

I’m currently in product overload and I am looking to downsize on some of the ones I already get (which is entirely TOO many), so I’m justifying it that way….and the fact that the Oribe alone is worth $100…the rest is gravy!! Actually thinking of ordering a second one.
    😎

  7. For the love of God!!! Why????? I told myself if I wasn’t already signed up with Pret-A-Porter, then I couldn’t get the box… So, I signed up! How does that even make sense? I lost playing against myself! So, it’s on it’s way to Arizona, as we speak! I figured since I am a survivor of the 2015 Scottsdale Earthquake, I’d gift myself.. Omg! All these ridiculous reasons! I’m losing my mind!! Why on EARTH did I purchase 2 Neiman Marcus PS boxes? I was so excited to give one to my mom.. Now, I want to get another one of these for her, too! Good lord! Anyone in AZ want to start a “Subscription Anonymous” group with me? We could do swaps, I mean help each other! ????

    • I meant “Net-A-Porter!” Lol!!!!! I was thinking of the movie… Full on lost it! It’s Liz’s fault!!!?❤️

  8. I had coated this overprocessed straw I have with the last of my Philip kingsley and sat on the couch with my head wrapped in Saran wrap to browse. It’s a sign!! I bought 2.

  9. I’m so torn. I really want a couple of these items, and will use almost all of them. It will be easy to swap away anything I don’t want, and correspondingly hard to swap for any that I do. But $140 is a lot to spend on beauty products I don’t really need….

    • I’m in the same boat. I’ll use at least half of these products and all of said products are things I wanna try… but $140 for beauty products I don’t love is a bit much for me. They did a great job on the curation though!

      • They also have a 12 pc beauty kit for $70, which I couldn’t resist. Been wanting to try the Christophe Robin scalp scrib and Sunday Riley cellular face oil.

  10. I have been very strong lately, due to my overfull drawers o’ products…. but I worship at the altar of N-a-P LE boxes. I am in without even looking at the product breakdown…..

    • Their boxes are fantastic. I always love everything! This is a great selection!

    • Haha – love this comment! 🙂

  11. I think I may have accidentally ordered 4 of these boxes! I did the first order of 2 boxes using Paypal – which when you check out, it re-directs you to Paypal to log in and pay, then back to Net-A-Porter. When it went re-directed back to Net-A-Porter, it said “page cannot be found”. So, in a panic because I didn’t want it to sell out, I re-did my order of 2 boxes using my credit card.

It’s weird though, I got a order confirmation and a shipping notice for the second order with the credit card, but not one for the first order using Paypal. However, I checked my Paypal and the payment went through.

So, I may have ordered 4 boxes. Not sure yet, but if it sells out and someone wants one, I’ll be on the lookout here. 🙂

    • I had the exact same problem when I paid by PayPal. Payment shows authorized in my PayPal account but I received an error message when redirected back to Net-A-Porter, so I have no confirmation. I called N-A-P and they have no record of my transaction but PayPal still shows the authorization. Argh.

  12. I just bought this and I don’t know why. There isn’t even anything in there that I *must* have. I spend so much money getting a good deal 🙂

    • I totally feel your pain Leah. I do the same thing – spend so much money on a “good deal”. Although, in this case, I couldn’t resist the 2 full size Oribe’s. That stuff is amazing. They cost $100 together retail, so I figure I’m getting the rest for $39. So that justifies it right?? 😉

      • That was precisely my logic : ).

      • Is it? I’ve never bought high-end shampoo in my life. I just bought Redken for $12 and that was a mega splurge for me. Do you have experience with any of the other products?

  13. I went for it too! I missed out by a matter of hours last year and wasn’t letting that happen again. Such a good mix of brands and products. The Ren beauty shot is a new discovery I made from a Sephora “choose your own deluxe samples” kit I bought a few weeks ago. It works really well. I highly recommend it.

  14. I grabbed one. Do you know when these ship? I couldn’t find the info, so maybe it ships right away?

    • Just got my tracking!

      • WOW! That’s fast!!!

        • Yeah, Net-a-Porter is super fast! I got my tracking within about an hour after ordering. They ship usually using 2-day too. I love them!

  15. Purchased. Last time I waited to think about a box, when I decided to purchase it was sold out.

  16. Just got one for myself! Liz, or anyone, do you think thus would be a good gift for teachers? I’m thinking of grabbing one for my DD’s first grade teacher.

    • My mom used to teach 3rd grade and I used to help her open all the gifts her students gave her. If you are spending this much on teacher gifts, let me just tell you that it is WAY above and beyond what most parents purchase. (Mostly her gifts were in the $10-20 range.)

Not trying to discourage you, and an extra-special teacher who has helped your kid a lot might warrant an extra-special gift. I think the teacher would definitely remember this!

      • Thanks Ragan. I LOVE teachers and I don’t think they get enough praise. I’m having second thoughts because I don’t know if she has any allergies or what her scent preferences are. What gifts did your mom appreciate/want from parents?

  17. Bought one! I have bought the last two boxes from Net-A-Porter and have used almost everything. Their customer service is awesome last Christmas my box never shipped, (N-A-P had a shipment of packages stolen in transit from their own warehouse)they credited me, and allowed me to purchase the next gift box at 50% off to make up for my stolen box. Great service and products. I wish Pop Sugar, could learn a lesson from N-A-P.

  18. Got it! I’m on total product overload from all the subs but I think I can make special beauty boxes for gifts this Christmas.

  19. This box looks great – but I am just on such overload that I can’t justify another make-up/skincare purchase.

  20. $139??

(:: looks at massive pile of high end beauty products due to GWP addiction::)

Nope. No thank you. I do NOT need this.

(::sees full size Oribe products. And mini Baume de Rose. And Lancer polish::)

    Damn.

    • Haha! Those full-size Oribe products got me too! 🙂

      • Me three!

        • Meeee as well! OMG! I love ORIBE!!! And, I am seriously debating getting a second box now just because it’s such a great deal….please stop me!

      • My hair looks 10 years younger, when I use Oribe. I don’t know how they do it…

  21. I totally splurged on this. I’ve been waiting for them to release another good box and this one has so many things I’ve been wanting to try….and worth it alone for the Oribe shampoo/conditioner. I love the gold lust line!

  22. This box looks amazing! Wish I could order it, but saving up for Christmas.

  23. If anyone gets this and wants to swap for the Oribe shampoo and conditioner please let me know. I would love to swap for it!
