  3. Omg!! They haven’t even shipped out my fall box that I paid for months ago but they are offering deals on the winter box… Ugh!! The tracking number that they provided me has had no movement ever and it’s been well over a month since the label was created. They are giving me the run around and they keep promising that I will receive it soon. But nothing. I’m so done with them! They are telling me that they have credited my account for a free $10 winter add-on. But I have already cancelled my account. Horrible horrible customer service!

    • Wow! My experience with them is totally the opposite of yours. Sorry you had so much problems.

      I accidentally ordered another Fall box, called (no answer), sent an email and when I checked in the morning, not only did they respond back, they issued the refund (which I got back in my bank acct. pretty quickly).

    • I am having the same issue! They say FedEx lost my box, but I’m not inclined to believe that since they seem to blame any problems on FedEx. Funny how no other subscription or place I order from that uses FedEx has ever had this problem. I’ve told them I want my money back but they won’t give it to me. I’m about to got o my credit card company, but I did eventually get a promise that I would get my money back if I did not receive my box in time to use the coupon codes. I’m done dealing with them, and no box is worth this much hassle.

      • First they told me that my box was lost. Then about two weeks later they gave me a usps tracking number that hasn’t updated since Oct 9 and is only showing that a label has been created. I’m filing a chargeback today and never buying another box from them. It makes me so mad that they can’t figure out how to get me my box that I paid for months ago, but they can advertise all over social media that the fall box is almost sold out. Just horrible!

    • EXACT same thing happened with me…I was FURIOUS! They keep saying they credited my account, but like WHAT? How does that help when I cancelled? Gave me a tracking #, and the box hasn’t moved for a MONTH…decided to test the water and got the RueLala deal, and my mom used her email to sign up…funny enough, that box shipped within a WEEK! They are so inconsistent…it’s maddening!!!!!!!!!!

    • That happen to me too. They ended up 2 day shipping me another box. It took forever to get it and I am only a member now because of that credit. The Hisy charger doesn’t even work only for minutes. Hisy even gave me a new one. Disappointed.

  4. When does the winter box ship. I have a yearly and can’t keep up with it.

    • I believe I read they will start shipping the Winter boxes in December (2nd week).

  5. Would love another charger, but last month/fall was my first box by them. I don’t know if it’s worth the hassle to cancel and rejoin? I’ve heard trauma stories about trying that lol.

    • I canceled and rejoined on the site without any problems.

      • If I click on the reactivate button, does it give the option to enter the code for the charger or just reactivate the sub with my info on file?

        • I contacted them as I cancelled and was going to rejoin to use the coupon but it kept asking if I wanted to reactivate. I was told that I would need to cancel my account and sign up with a NEW e-mail address to be able to use the code.
