I like but don’t love this scent. It is a nice size for a travel perfume sample though!
This is my favorite item in the box – I still can’t believe they could make a lotion smell this good using only natural ingredients! It’s a perfect sweet fall scent (almost a caramel flavor), and the lotion is lightweight and absorbs quickly.
Herbanluxe Cosmetics Vegan Mascara – Value $12
This mascara is vegan, gluten-free, and also free of just about any other ingredient you might want to avoid. I love the ingredient list, and I’d recommend this if you’re looking for a very natural mascara look. It deepened the color of my lashes and added a bit of length and volume. Personally, I have a go-big-or-go-home approach to mascara, so this isn’t a perfect fit for me.
I love getting bath bombs in subscription boxes – and these are both subtle scents that I like!
Salacia Salts Exfoliating Seersucker Soap – Value $10
(Subscribers will receive the soap in one of three scents: Shoreline, Midnight Garden, or Seersucker).
I like the smell of this soap but it is STRONG! (Strong as in I could use it as a room freshener!) The packaging on this soap is great too.
Verdict: This box has a value of about $40. I was expecting the value to be a little higher for a $38 natural beauty box, but perhaps the value will improve over the next few months (this is a newer subscription box). For now I would recommend this box if you are looking for a well-curated natural beauty box. All of these brands are new to me – so it was a great discovery box.
