  1. It’s pretty upsetting to have a company SEND ME an email with a coupon code and then have them decline it. Doesn’t seem like a good way to gain a customer.

  2. Im a new subscriber. I signed up for emails a few days ago, I always give my email just in case there’s a coupon available, and I received a first box free offer. It’s worked fine.
    After the first two spoilers, and that offer, I’m pretty excited for this sub. Especially before the holidays.

  3. They should have put fine print in the coupon, or not let it go through. It was ridiculous that it went through, you thought you were all set, only to get an email an hour later saying it couldn’t be applied. I was given the choice to be billed $33 more, or to cancel everything. I cancelled everything because that left a definite sour taste in my mouth. It’s a shame because I thought I would continue on with the company. They would rather taken $0 than apply the coupon toward your ordee.

  4. Hmm, the one I got in my email was the code “FALL” for one month free with a 3-month subscription, valid through Sept. 30. Y’all could try that!

    • I just tried, and it looks like it gives the same discount as WELCOME–25% off the first box with a 3-month sub.

  5. UPDATE…..Well, I just got that email cancelling the discount applied as wel. They shouldn’t have accepted it if it wasn’t available for New Artesian basket orders. Very disappointing, I’ve cancelled, it was purchased for gifts that probably would have lead to new subscribers even.

    • Seems like they have a lot of coupon issues. I used one someone told me about to get a free gift with my first basket. It worked fine and took off a little generic amount to show that it was applied. No free gift came in my box. I emailed and they said it expired a couple days before I used it. No apology for the issue. I really like the mug coming this month, but I’ll be canceling afterward. Had I known the coupon wasn’t valid…by the system rejecting it…I may have tried another one.

  6. I believe that that coupon was only meant to go to people who had previously been subscribed to globein- to get them to resub. It’s a shame that now people it was meant to be sent to can’t use it! They sent it to me MONTHS ago and I finally used it a couple days ago after those great spoilers.

    • I’m not sure. I had cancelled my benefit basket subscription, but was impressed with this month’s spoilers so I had to re-up with the artisan basket. It went through for me earlier, but I just got an email saying I couldn’t use it because I’d already been a subscriber.

      • Me too. I’m thoroughly disappointed.

      • I should have specified, for people who previously subbed the full box, to resub the full box, not to switch from the basket to the box.

        • I cancelled full basket and didn’t get an email to resub.

          • This was sent to me waaaay back in July, a couple months after I cancelled my sub, I was just saving it ๐Ÿ™‚

    • I just used it less than an hour ago with no issues as a gift.

      • Dang. It isn’t working still so I contacted CS–they said it is no longer valid.
