fabletics-september-2015-

Fabletics is a monthly workout clothing subscription – each month they release a new collection and you can pick out any outfit you like (including from previous months). Or you can skip that month.

This subscription is one of my all-time favorites. The value and the quality of the clothing are great!

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Fabletics Outfit Choice

This month I decided to go with the Verona Outfit for $89.95.

fabletics-september-2015-jacket

Ithaca Jacket – Retail Value $79.95

(94% Polyester/6% Elastane)

I loved this new print, so I decided to go with the jacket so I’d get the most use out of it. I love the sporty cut of this jacket with the almost formal/romantic print – such a fun combo!

My only issue is that when it is zipped up, it gets a little blousy in the stomach area – so I’ll be wearing this open.

Hudson Bralette – Retail Value $24.95

(92% Nylon/8% Elastane)

No surprise – this bralette offers very little support! Definitely more of an athleisure pieces than an athletic one. Super comfy, though! (And I love that it has adjustable straps).

Tuberose Capri – Retail Value $59.95

(88% Polyester/12% Elastane)

The lace detail in the September collection was the other trend I wanted to try – and this capri seemed like the most wearable piece for me.

The fit on these is great – no super stretched lace. My only concern is how they will hold up in the laundry. I’ll probably put them in a delicates bag just to be safe.

Verdict: I’m almost always happy with my Fabletics subscription since I pick out my own outfit each month, and September is no exception! I really like every piece. I think I’ll wear the jacket the most though – it works outside of workout gear too.

What did you pick from Fabletics this month?

  1. I dealt with customer service a few months back, It was fine for me. I didn’t understand how the sign up agreement worked and had questions overall.
Most of all I love this company/sub. Most months I skip, because I can’t justify a new workout outfit every month, since I am not working out as often as I’d hoped. Anyway. Their styles are fantastic and prices work fine for me,even when I skip. I had a return in the past as well, which went fine. The sizes can be a bit off for me. But I appreciate extended sizes and shorter lengths.I would prefer more styles of shirts that could be worn with bras.. Or maybe under wire versions.
I bought some legging versions and while the waist is a bit tighter than preferred the fabric is amazing, I wear them as apart of a fall outfit.
I will continue to consider them and hope they get the Cs issues straightened out as I am not a person to judge worthiness based on one or two bad experiences.

    • If you like just hanging out in the Fabletics outfits as opposed to working out, try the Quetzal outfit. I just got mine, and it’s wonderfully soft and cuddly. I don’t see it as a workout type of clothing, but to just hang out on a cool weather weekend, it can’t be beat.

  2. I was SO excited with this month’s collection that I decided to join. I ordered this same outfit on September 1st and still have yet to receive it. My account was charged and every time I go check on the order it still says pending. I decided to contact customer service today to see what was taking so long and the woman was extremely rude. First she said it takes 3-5 business days to process the order and I explained to her that seeing as how I ordered on September 1st and today is the 15th that is well over 3-7 business days and I don’t appreciate my account being charged if nothing was shipped. She tried to tell me that I wasn’t charged and I told her I was on my Chase account that same moment and 44.97 was taken out for fabletics. Then she gave me the run around saying it is a test transaction and my money will be back in my account in 5-7 business days if my order is not shipped at that point. What?! A test transaction??? I have no idea what to do. I really want this outfit, but I’m so angry with this whole process and how customer service handled it. Whether I get the outfit or not I’m DEFINITELY not subscribing in the future.

    • Twice since joining they have gotten backlogged on delivery; was contacted to say things will take longer than expected. So then the next new thing is up for order and I haven’t gotten the current order. Not ideal, but in the 6 months since signing up I only ever returned one item. I’m pretty happy with them.

    • It does seem to take awhile for the items to be shipped out, but for me it is well worth the wait. I have had no problems with their customer service before, just slow shipping, but you can always check the option too pay and get it faster.

  3. Oh My, I purchased about $300.00 worth this month because they had a great Labor Day Sale. It should be here on Tuesday, (this is Sat.). I am so excited, but I must skip next month!! I am now able to size down in the tops and that is Fantastic. Kate Hudson’s clothing really makes you want to work out, everything is so comfy! I purchased the reversible bra top, plenty of scarfs for trading and gifting, the STOCKHOLM outfit, a PRIMROSE Blazer, and I also purchased some shirts for my son and my husband. This is the first time that I have made a purchase for a male. I wish that I could share my link. Is that possible? I LOVE FABLETICS!

    • I received my order today and am pleasantly pleased with everything. One tank is a little skimpy but I think I will keep it and wear it with a blazer. I have been a member for 4 months and am so in love with their stuff that I want to open a store. LOL

  4. I got those capris too, with a different outfit (although I was really tempted by that jacket!) and they are really cute in person. I almost sent them back because I think I am between sizes in Fabletics right now, and for me the lace is a little baggy at the knees, but it’s such a pain to return/exchange (mostly the long wait, and and potential low stock issues) to deal with exchanging, not to mention I don’t know if the lower size will then be too small, that I just kept them. Realistically I’ll be lounging or Pilates in these, rather than long runs anyway.

I am really hoping I don’t like what they offer next month, I am starting to have way too many athletic clothes (as if that’s possible…) it’s not good for my budget. 🙂

  5. Am I only one who didn’t like the outfit selections this month? I LOVED last month with the graffiti style prints, but this month was just blah to me. I felt like the lace and floral prints were a little dated? It’s the first month since I’ve subscribed that I skipped a month

  6. got the lace Capri and they fit amazing, but I took them off to cut the tag after I made sure they fit well, and then realized I ripped the lace on one side!! :((.. So they lasted me a whole two minutes..other than that, they fit wonderful!! Just sad they are already damaged!

  7. I also ordered those capris, but with the Lilac Tank; I’m just way too busty for a bralette. Hoping the capris fit well. I returned August’s outfit so I had a credit, and so I also ordered the Salar leggings in the floral print with the Oula tank in purple.

  8. I got those capris, and have been LIVING in them. So comfy. I was scared they would be flimsy on the lace part, and they absolutely aren’t. Got a strappy bra with it too, and they have really upgraded the support and comfort level on the strappy bra front. Pleased, as usual!
