Good To Know:  SprezzaBox offers a mystery box in their store.  It cost $20.00, comes with three items, and 1 of 10 boxes comes packed with bonus products and it’s worth $100.00!  Those odds are better than lottery tickets…just saying.

Each SprezzaBox comes with a product card, detailing the featured items and their values. This month’s box is called the Empire Box.  It comes in two colors, purple and blue.  This review is for the blue box.

Bull+Moose Blue Cotton Polka Dot Necktie – Value: $39.00

This was my favorite item in the box.  I think I’m partial to this tie because I have a blue dress with white polka dots that matches this perfectly.  The next time I wear it, I’m pulling this tie out too.  Does anyone one else love matching outfits with their “better halves”?

Salt + Dapper Pocket Square – Value: $15.00

I love how SprezzaBox matches different patterns of the same color.  John hasn’t found a daily purpose for his squares, but I know they will come in handy with the right suit.

Yo Sox! Socks – Value: $9.95

John’s favorite item this month.  He says they are very thick and feel more like winter socks.  He wore them on his recent trip and says they felt great under his feet as he was standing for hours on end.

Weekend Casual Silver Arrow Tie Clip – Value: $10.00/ Price online: $12.00

This was both of our least favorite item.  I only felt the arrow didn’t match the theme of the box.  John says that the clip is too short.  Being the girly-girl that I am, I had to ask for an explanation.  He means that the length of the clip does not fit regular sized ties and would look much better on skinny ties.

Dr. Squatch Gold Moss Soap Sample 1.2oz – Value: $1.50?  Full Size 5oz/$6.00

Smells nice.  John enjoys both bar and liquid soaps.  He hasn’t tried this one out yet.  It’s on the softer side, so I don’t know how long it would last.  Online it says this soap is made with natural oils and works great for both oily and dry skin types.

SprezzaBox Subscription Box Review – August 2015 - 16

This month’s SprezzaBox has an estimated value of $75.50.  John loves getting these accessory boxes to keep his wardrobe updated.  He also took the tie on his trip and was surprised by how many compliments he received about it.  Also, I enjoy that the grooming samples John’s received so far are made of natural ingredients and are from brands that we do not typically see in the grocery/drug stores.  Every item we’ve seen is new to us, and that really keeps this subscription service for us.

  1. I think my husband is the target audience for this box… He wears a nice suit to work Monday through Friday. His office doesn’t even do casual Fridays. Yet, no one in his office wears pocket squares, but it seems like there’s a pocket square in every Sprezza box. He also doesn’t like tie clips, though he wears a tie everyday to work, and I’ve seen tie clips in a lot of the Sprezza boxes. Some ideas for Sprezza: keep doing ties and socks, do belts, wicking undershirts, maybe a hat or a scarf or gloves (outerwear), a nice pen…

    • Have you tried the gentleman’s box? My husband gets both boxes. He likes the gentleman’s box better, it comes with gq magazine and a few fun items. We agree the pocket square is a waste but like the ties and socks.

    • Not even a casual Friday?! That’s too bad Jessvii Every now and then casual Friday is really nice, especially in the winter! I hate dressing up for work when it’s cold and wet!
