  1. I had the same problem as everyone else with the voucher not arriving. I emailed them a couple times but finally just called RLL customer service. They gave me a code over the phone, but it did not work. They said they would research it right away and the next day they emailed me with the same code but a special link, and that worked just fine.

    Excited to try this subscription. This is a great deal – thanks for the heads up!

  2. I also purchased this on the 13th and still have not received it. It’s my first time ordering with Rue La La so I was being patient. I got the order confirmation email the day I ordered with no issues. I have checked my spam and it’s definitely not there. So glad to see I’m not the only one experiencing this! I’ve emailed them so hopefully they can sort it out.

    • For what it’s worth, I was only able to get the voucher after I contacted them repeatedly via both email and twitter. (Not my usual experience with RLL.)

  3. No idea why, but I was able to get the voucher at my alternate e-mail address. After they supposedly sent it 3 times to my regular e-mail address. It’s worth getting in touch with the Rue La La “concierge” via e-mail or twitter if you are still having problems.

  4. Still don’t have it. They have supposedly re-sent it twice. While I am impressed with their response time via both email and twitter (on the weekend!), I am not impressed that I still don’t have the voucher. I have given them an alternate email address so we shall see. I have also contacted Scentbird to let them know a bunch of people are having trouble getting the vouchers.

    Seriously, this has never happened to me before. I went back and looked at all my past RLL vouchers and checked the email headers for the order time and the voucher arrival time. Usually it’s like 30 minutes.

  5. Update, again…just received an email that I need to wait an additional 3-5 days for my voucher code. If I do not receive it within 5 days, I have to send the ANOTHER email. I would rather them tell me why I have not received it, especially when they have received my payment. This is the first time I’ve ordered from them. This is the last time I will order from them. They are quick with responding to emails, especially for it being a weekend.

    • Finally got mine! All that wanting to hurry up just to wait…Scentbird ships Sept. 15….

      • Well, if it doesn’t ship until the 15th, I guess I have plenty of time to wait for the voucher. Christina, I’m happy to know that you finally received yours. It gives me hope.

    • I can still see it is available… I scrolled down and under deals ending soon I looked at the pics, there is one of wine and the next one over (or next to depending on what you are using to view) there it is. It wont OK the link in the post but if you click my name you will find it I hope.

  7. I went right to their website as soon as I saw this posted and could not find it. It was seriously exact same day that Liz put it up. I got a hold of the customer service and they said that they had already sold out. That’s ridiculous that they don’t have enough for even 24 hours. I have purchased from RueLala before and my experience was very good so I’m not sure what the heckwent on here.

Not to worry though, I’ve reached out to our Voucher Team to have a new copy sent to you at {email}. If for any reason your voucher doesn’t arrive within 3-5 business days, just reply directly to this email or call us at the number listed below with an alternate email address, and we’ll make sure it gets to you.”

    Wtf? An alternate email address? The “welcome” email and multiple spammy “COME BUY MORE CRAP FROM US” email have gotten to my inbox just fine….

    • I had the same issue with this voucher. I checked all my folders and it wasn’t received within 24 hours of purchase, so I emailed customer service and they said they resent it and if I didn’t received it within 24 hours to reply to their email with an alternate email address. I didn’t receive the 2nd attempt either, but when I replied and provided an alternate email (3rd attempt), I received the voucher.

      • My third attempt got me a response that they were reaching out to the Scentbird team and it would be sent to me manually in 3-5 business days.

        WTF? I am so fed up with this.

  9. Update..They emailed me back about 30 minutes after I sent them an email. They apologized and said they sent the code again, but It is not in any of my mail folders. They said to let them know if it doesn’t show up in 24 hours, again.

    • This happened to me too.

      It’s weird. I have about 6 past RLL orders. All for vouchers for subscription boxes. All the vouchers have come within an hour of placing the order. So I seriously don’t know what’s going on with this one.

    • The last one I got from RueLaLa (Hamptons Lane) ended up in my spam folder. Have you checked there?

      • Yes. That is the first place I checked. And I keep checking there. I have gotten 5 or 6 vouchers from Rue La La before and never had this problem in the past.

    • Update, me too! So wait another 24 hours to see if a code voucher appears? This is ridiculous. And it’s not in spam. They aren’t sending it obviously.

  10. This was the first purchase that I have made from Rue La La. Made the purchase over 24 hours ago. I still have not receI’ve the code. I did get a small email from them, but it was to confirm my order and my delivery date. Maybe I’m confused, but I am pretty sure that I need a code, need to sign up for Scentbird, answer questions related to my preferences. And actually enter a code?!? I did send an email, waiting for a response. Has anybody received their code?

  11. I purchased this right after I saw it in my daily MSA email on the 13th…. Still haven’t gotten my code. My first purchase with rulala… Also my last.

    • Check your spam. This happened to me the first time I bought a code from Rue La La and it was there. I also emailed them on a weekend and they got back to me super quick.

      • Yea….. I did check spam….multiple times…. it wasn’t there.

  12. I’m so excited to check this out!! But now I’m so frustrated I haven’t gotten the code yet from Scentbird….I thought it would come right away but I guess it says 24 hours? Why does that feel so long.?!?

    • Check your spam just in case. As that is what happened to me the first time I bought a sub code off of Rue La La. If it is not there then email them and they should get back to you pretty fast.

      • Nope, still not there, not in spam. Really annoying. Also my first Rue La La purchase, probably my last.

    • Sign in, then just scroll down. You will see “just a short time left” it will be the offer after the wine. It is there don’t fret!

  15. Does anyone know if you can add this to an existing Scentbird subscription and extend the length, or if it’s only good for new subscriptions?

    • Only good for new subs…
