Bluum Subscription Box Review & Coupon – July 2015 Box

Bluum is a monthly subscription box for babies and toddlers. Their boxes are super customized – specific to the month of your child’s age! The box I’m reviewing is for a 33-month-old.

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Bluum Subscription Box Review & Coupon – July 2015 Bynto

Goodbyn Bynto – Value $9

I’ve received Goodbyn before in subscription boxes, and these containers are great for adults too! I love that they are dishwasher safe and BPA free.

Bluum Subscription Box Review & Coupon – July 2015 Tree

The Tickle Tree Board Book – Value $4.99

Books seem to be a regular addition to my Bluum boxes. Fortunately for me books make great gifts, and this one has good reviews on Amazon too.

Bluum Subscription Box Review & Coupon – July 2015 SPF

Bitsy’s Brainfood Sweet Potato Oatmeal Raisin Smart Cookies – Value $4.50

We received a different flavor of these cookie’s in last month’s Bluum box. This is the first time they’ve sent me a back-to-back box repeat, so I’ll hold off judgment for now. (Hopefully it is a fluke!)

These brainfood cookies are designed to hide healthy ingredients like beets and fish oil in a delicious cookie. My husband said they were OK – definitely not as good as a non-healthy cookie!

Sunology Natural Sunscreen for Kids SPF 50 – Value $15

I’m always excited to see a full-size sunscreen in a box – and this is another well-reviewed product.

Verdict: This box has a value of about $33.50 – not the best value considering the cost is $29. I’ve received boxes which much better values though, so I’m OK with the lower value this month.

Do you subscribe to Bluum? Are you happy with the value?

  1. I have been nothing but disappointed with the last 4 Bluum boxes and i have expressed my dissatisfaction to them on several occasions to no avail. There are only so many plastic storage containers and books that i need and none of these excite my active 2 yr old. They offered to take back a complete box but there would be a surcharge for doing it that would outweigh the hassle of returning it. Unfortunately, I failed to update the site with my cancellation request prior to another 6 month renewal so I am now working on cancelling my subscription which involves a lot more effort than it should. I have been subscribing to Cirtus Lane as well and have been much more pleased with their items.

  2. I love getting books in kids’ boxes, but the total value for this box for this month doesn’t seem there to me. I wouldn’t be happy if I got this box.

  3. I gave bluum a two month trial and both were total misses for us. The products just aren’t relevant for us and the value isn’t what I feel it should be.
