    • Hello, Are you still looking to sell the white bag?

  1. I’ve been a subscriber since the first box, and have been eagerly awaiting the second, but I just got an email today “confirming” my membership, and saying they were charging me for the September box! I have emailed customer service- has this happened to anyone else? I both want my summer box AND don’t want to be charged now for the fall! I thought this was a box where they charged you when it shipped- am I remembering incorrectly?

  2. I signed up today for the fall box. I can’t believe I am paying for a box so far in advance. I do hope I like it. I love the fall.

  3. I usually order only the Popsugar boxes. The last few special editions/monthly boxes were filled with skincare products that I have no use for. I’m excited about the Rachel Zoe box. She includes things like purses, sunglasses, and bags. All I’m looking for in a box are accessories for each season and I don’t mind the beauty products (also seasonal).

I missed the spring and summer boxes but, am glad she’s offering to the fall early (I jumped and did a year sub.) Looking forward to this sub.

  4. That’s crazy to be pushing the Fall box when we are still in April. But very interesting. Can’t wait to see the hero item. Summer will be my first box.

    • can’t wait to receive the summer box! White bag is so perfect so summer.

  5. Does anyone know if this is a recurring subscription? I signed up for the summer box; I assumed they would just automatically charge me every time there’s a new box. Do I have to subscribe every time?

    • I do believe it is reoccurring. After receiving the spring box it shows on the site when I will be billed for summer.

    • I am wondering the same thing! I did the seasonal membership vs the 4 pack (didn’t have $350 to spare). I don’t want to miss fall but don’t want two subscriptions either!

  6. From a company standpoint this is just good business. One, allow people to sign up in advance who missed the first two. Two, it is probably much easier to approach brands and say we have pre-orders for this many boxes now don’t you want to jump on the action and get your brand in the box? Her first box was spectacular so I am excited to see what she will do with more exposure!!

    • I agree (as a business owner myself) to a point. They are hot right now and want to capitolize it. It will also help with buying power and more amazing hero items…However on the buyers standpoint… Buying something 5 months in advance (cash down now, no instant gratification for 5 months) and then once Fall sells out (in probably a day or so) they will sell winter in May? Then the year is totally sold out and we are only in May or so. what will the buyer buy then? Or they may re open sold out months and it may not feel as exclusive as they now somehow have extra boxes left yet sold out? I see both sides but find it odd selling Fall in Spring

      • As someone who missed out on the CFDA box because it sold out while I was at work, and only got the first Zoe box because I was up very early: I think this is a good thing. It gives those who missed out on the first two a decent chance at getting one since the first two sold out very fast. However, I am NOT dreaming of fall while I sit here huddled under a blanket next to a pellet stove in late April. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  7. Liz, If we are already current subscribers, will we be getting this box?

    • I checked my account (I was subbed for the first box) and confirmed that once you sub, it autorenews each quarter unless you affirmatively cancel your subscription. It says so on the billing/subscription area of your account. No need to sign up each season. My understanding is they don’t bill earlier than a month before they ship.

    • Yep, if you are a current subscriber you will receive every box unless you cancel – this is just for new subscribers.

  8. It snowed on the farm today. Snow. It’s at a higher altitude than our main residence. I can’t even think of fall when I am still waiting for spring to arrive.

  9. Wow it seems like they are really putting them all out there…quickly…(spring, summer and now fall. Strike while the iron is hot? Buy it now and you will receive it in 5 months. Someone just mentioned in the forum what if amazon did that? I guess I’m prime only for a reason. And we are just into spring,) which seems a little………odd? Is it just me? Don’t get me wrong, it’s an amazing box based on the 1st one. But all subscribers as long as they stayed on as subbers from spring and / or summer are still getting the next box(es). It’s just odd selling and collecting $ on a September box…..in April.

    • Totally agree. I’m really interested in this box. Bummed that I didn’t get the first one, as I would have loved it. Didn’t sub for the summer though as I have no practical use for a white bag. I really can’t convince myself to spring for fall this far in advance and without a spoiler for the hero item.

    • Actually, I think it makes sense to allow people to sign up for fall now from the company’s perspective. Since summer is sold out, if someone comes to your site looking to buy your box why not sign them up right away while you have their attention if you can? If you make them come back at a later time to sign up it is likely a decent number of potential customers will forget/spend their money on something else/change their minds.

Also, I can’t remember if they bill right away for the first box. I believe they do. If so, another reason for them to allow this — collect $ up front.

    • A) That is really far in advance. I’m still wearing jackets in work… Spring isn’t really here yet where I live. B) I’d need at least one good spoiler in order to sign up. C) I’m hesitant to fork over the full amount upfront. Because of the time-value of money, who knows if a better use for that money will pop up sometime in the next five months?

    • Maybe it is my advance age (41) but I don’t mind prepaying and having to wait for something of worth to me. I bought Foo Fighters pit tickets months ago for a concert in Aug. This box has consistently sold out, I would be happy to have a chance to jump onboard now. But I’m okay with taking the risk too, so perhaps the risk on a $100 box is not worth it to all.

      • 41 isn’t advanced! Also, you are clearly young at heart – have fun at the concert. ๐Ÿ™‚

        • 41 better not be advanced LOL. I’m older than that :). Have fun at the concert CreativelySwank! Enjoy the fall box. I would sign up if there was a spoiler that I liked. Right now there is no spoiler ๐Ÿ™ Fall is my favorite time of the year.

      • Jealous! Love foo fighters ants they are amazing in concert!!!

But agree for a quality name I trust I have no problem paying upfront. I love the Rachel Zoe brand/lifestyle so buying a year up front was a no brainer for me!
