  1. I’m really confused. i did the full Paradise Ultimate upgrade since I love and am in need of brow anything and lipsticks. And it shows that I get the two shades of brow powder. But it doesn’t however, give me any option of choosing the color of either shade! The default colors are “Rich Brown” and “Warm Brown”. Well, Rich Brown isn’t anywhere close to my color that I’d use for my brows unless I wanted a Jennifer Connelly thing goin’ on. (I’m blonde. I don’t. ) So taking into account the fact I have fair skin (veryvery fair) and blonde hair, my shades would be “Taupe” and “Warm Brown”. But I’m not sure if it’s dark enough for a contrast between dramatic and everyday. So perhaps Warm and Rich would work? However I digress, the main reason I’m confused is that in my confirmation email it says “Choice of Don’t Leave Your Brows At Home Product: (Picture of product but no name/label)”. So is there an option to choose 1/2 of the shades? If so: where am I blatantly missing this option?!?

    • I believe you can edit your box. It’s in the My Account section. You just go in and edit and you should be able to choose your colors. I was going to do that before I decided on the Natural Beauty Mystery Box.

    • On the Edit My Box page, it says that the Paradaise Ultimate Upgrade box is not customizable, so I think you are stuck with the warm and rich brown shades.

    • I did want to mention that my confirmation email for the Paradise Ultimate Upgrade doesn’t mention anything about a choice of Don’t Leave Your Brows at Home. It says, “You’ll get it in two shades: Rich Brown, Warm Brown”. You might want to double check your selections.

  2. I chose the Natural Beauty Mystery Box. In all honesty the “$70 worth off beauty products four $19.99” was the reason I decided on this box instead of the brow box. I am new to Julep and I prefer make up and skin care over nail polish. I got the St Patrick’s Day box and the polishes are great. The eyeliner gel pencil is AMAZING. I well purchasing a black gel pencil and the brow products with a 50% off coupon Julep kindly included in the box.

  3. I kept Randi, the pink one, and swapped the rest for a base coat and a lip liner. I love, love, love that we can swap out what we don’t want for what we do. I’ll probably keep this sub longer than others because of the flexibility.

  4. Liz, would u consider reviewing the natural beauty and/or the spring break mystery polish lovers boxes? I want to know if the colors would be from this month or not? Looks like the mystery polish box has 5 items and the natural beauty box has 4 items. I might add the natural beauty one on to my order.

    This month I’m choosing the it girl box, I love the light blue color.

      • I clicked on the boxes at add-on time, and it says they are from previous collections, but I still think a review would be fun. I have tentatively added on the natural beauty box for $19.99. I think a review of that one would be fun, since you can only review so much nail polish right, lol.

  5. What’s up with all the yellow polish? Does anyone like that or just use it for accents?

    • I use it for nail art. I have three tiny dots of bright yellow
      on each of my nails right now. 😀 If it were the right shade, I’d wear yellow. But it would have to be a warm yellow.

  6. I could not resist those bright, summery colors. I’m so over winter and cold weather. This is the first time I’ve ever done the Polish Lovers Upgrade, but I had to have them all. I also added the brow products and Angie, the silver holo polish. Here, Julep, take all of my money.

  8. I love the colors this month. I’m a bright nail polish kinda girl. I got the polish lovers upgrade box this month. I love all of them except the yellow (just doesn’t look good on me). I will gift that to a friend.

  9. I love the selections this month!! I ended up cutomizing my box and added on three additional colors.

  10. Anyone having trouble logging into their account? Every time I try to log in, I get a message that tells me I must be logged in to access my account. I’m guessing that this is because the website is so busy? Has anyone else experienced this before?

    • This happened to me. I was using Safari and I switched to Chrome and was able to access it then. Good Luck!

    • I was having trouble on my iPad, but it worked okay when I switched to a regular computer.

      I am not in love with the colors… and this is my first box (athough I’ve made two orders now) so apparently I can’t skip it. I am debating just swapping in a couple of products like the brow color instead of the polishes, or subbing the natural beauty mystery box, which seems to be an option. Hmm.

      • I decided on the Natural Beauty Box because I just don’t need all that nail polish. I also couldn’t skip the month because it’s my first box.

      • This is what I did as well.

    • Apparently, Julep’s website is experiencing an issue with the Safari browser. If you use another browser, you should be able to login with no problems.
