  1. I wonder if GT will do their April tote on 4/6 (1st Monday of the month), or delay it due to all the delays in March.

    • They are delaying the April tote for an extra week but I would be surprised if it was more. Most people wont even get their March tote by then. I am waiting still and I ordered on the first day. I like them and their company but this month was rough

  2. This would be great if they had anything that I wanted left in my size. I tried to purchase a tote on the day the sale began, but could not even log in due to website issues. When I was able to log in, everything I wanted was sold out, even my second, third and fourth choices.

    • me too!!! i wrote customer service and they said something along the lines of “tough luck”

  3. When they first announced their free shipping, I bought two items in the boutique – I didn’t want to miss out on them in the tote craze. And good thing, as both items were highly prized and sold out in minutes that day. However, it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received a tracking number. I emailed customer service five days ago and haven’t heard a thing. :/

    • I’m going through the exact same issue. No tracking number, its been 15 days now, just says pending. I’ve tried contacting them a few times in the past few days no response. I’m regretting even making this purchase.

      • My tote just shipped on the 25th. Order 1042 in the boutique on Friday and 1855 on tote day. I had emailed customer service once via the website and once via Facebook. Never heard back; next thing I knew, my tote shipped!

    • They are going by order number. Mine was #931 boutique on Friday and #1997 tote day. Both were shipped today. If you belong in the trading group you get more info on all things GT, specially on where they are in shipping.

        • Krista, they started with expedited shipping and boutique orders from the weekend. If a tote was attached to the order they shipped together.

      • Thank you for suggesting the trading group for updates. I don’t belong to a trading group, even though it sounds like fun, Someone shouldn’t have to belong to a group when they purchase something from a company in order to get customer service or shipping updates. I looked at my order again still “pending”. I guess I will email again, in hopes they will email me back.

        • Lily the company dont actually says where they are but us customers are telling each which of our orders shipped. Like that you have a good idea where you stand, also if you have questions I think the trading group is faster to get a response than emailing them.

          • My order still says pending {2318}…this is one of those times I wish I hadn’t unplugged from fb…just curious if you know where they are with the orders? I’ve contacted customer service several times {not bc of my pending order, over something else} & not heard a peep back from them.

  4. Did you do the expedited shipping this month, Liz? I wanted to, but didn’t since they offered free shipping. Still concerns me the last page of my profile won’t save, I’ve emailed GT & haven’t heard anything back.

    • I did do expedited shipping – still no shipping notification email though 🙁

      • I’m sad that you haven’t gotten your tote yet as I look forward to your review {i.e., you had me at “golden tote”}. If we get our tote on or near the same day there must be something wrong…I placed my order on the the 16th, regular shipping, w/ only one add-on…I hope this is a sign a thoroughness & not bad customer service. Keeping my fingers crossed =)

      • Any news yet? I’m so curious to see your tote…actually, I’d be happy to hear you received a shipping notification!

        • Haha! I would be happy about a shipping notification too! 🙂 Nothing yet – order still says pending. I upgraded to 2nd day shipping, so at least once it ships it should get here quickly!
