Loved + Blessed Subscription Box Review – January 2015 Jar

This month, they also included a sunflower to grow! It’s all set to be opened and watered in this container. I’m curious about this because sunflowers are such big flowers – I don’t know if it’ll bloom while it’s still small enough to fit in this jar. I guess we’ll see!

Verdict: Loved + Blessed fills a specific niche in the subscription box market – there are definitely very few faith-based subscription boxes that I’ve seen. I think they have good concepts and interesting ideas. It’s hard to do a specifically value-based evaluation of this box, considering its nature. If you are the target demographic or have been searching for a Christian Encouragement/Faith-based/Scripture subscription, I think this is a well-executed and stylish option – especially for only $10 a month!

I grow all kinds of sunflowers. There are smaller sunflowers available. I like to plant them around the garden for a spot of color. I also plant the huge ones too.

I enjoy this box a lot and so did my sister. It has a great message and it will be fun to watch the sunflower grow.

That’s it! I’m signing up to try this box. I didn’t love this one but I did love the others you reviewed. I bet the February one will be great! I am also thinking about getting a gift subscription to my friend’s daughter for her birthday in June. I hope they can assist me with the timing of that. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

it depends on the type of sunflower, there is a type that only gets to about 24 inches tall at most, typically shorter they refer to it as a flower box sunflower

Thank you for reviewing this last month, Liz; I signed on immediately. I absolutely love this box. So uplifting, and the people who run it are so compasionate. The value, I find, is in the words, so simply put and reminding me what life is about. The little gifts are an added delight.

I love this wonderful box of encouragement I get each month. I also send it to another person. I don’t care about the value. The message is so much more valuable to me!
