  1. I placed and order including the Savvy Surprise. I was happy when I got the shipping notice, everything shipped fine, but instead of a Savvy Surprise, I got a welcome box that doesnt total the promised $50+ value. I was confused and checked online to see if there were any reviews and what I got is definitely NOT what every one else receved. I called and customer service was great…they shipped out a Savvy Surprise the naxt day and all was well….until I got a box w/just 2 eyeliners in it. Really??? So bothered I’m not even sure I want to call back. This is not the 1st time they’ve messed up my order – Once I got 2 of the same nail polish, and none of the other I ordered, another time an item I ordered was missing altogether. While their customer service is great, it’s very frustrating to keep having to call and get my orders fixed!

  2. I just receiver my Savvy mystery gift and the three surprise items form January’s secret store. And I got
Glow Pore-Minimizing Bronzer in light golden bronze
    and 10 nail polishes
    Dawn (It Girl)
    Addie (It Girl)
    Winter (It Girl)
    Fiore (It Girl)
    Bea (Bombshell)
    Eliana (Bombshell)
    Alaina (Classic with a Twist)
    Mariska (Classic with a Twist)
    Lena (Boho Glam)
    Dianna (Boho Glam)
I can’t say I love all of those nail polishes, but I will definitely use them for water marble nail design.

  3. I placed an order and included the Savvy Surprise on Dec 26, 2014. The email confirmation stated that orders usually shipped out in one business day and that it takes 5-10 business days to receive. Fine, much of the order was for my bf’s bday on Jan 16th, I figured there was plenty of time. As of Jan 7th I hadn’t received a shipping notification so I emailed customer service who advised that they hadn’t received shipping notice and that I should have the tracking number by the 9th. That wasn’t the most helpful of information as what I wanted to know was if it had actually shipped, so I called. The rep was very very nice, but what it boils down to is this: one of the polishes was out of stock. So, they didn’t ship until yesterday (and the polish is STILL out of stock and it will take 2-10 days to get a credit for that polish). The rep did say that if I didn’t receive in time to call them and they would credit me for the full amount (but she wasn’t able to do that at this time because it already shipped?) and I could go ahead and keep it, nice, but honestly that’s just not the point. I don’t want to get free stuff. I just want to get the things I pay for in a decent time frame and if that can’t be done I want them to NOTIFY ME and give me the option to cancel then and there. It’s frustrating that I have to contact them to hunt down my products. As I’m typing this I got a shipping email…will be here the 17th. A day too late. Grrrr. Never again. 🙁

    • I emailed them on Jan 7th about my package not being shipped. They sent me the shipping information within an hour of my email. I found this to be acceptable due to my assumptions that the holidays, monthly boxes, and secret shop must have slowed the processing down. However, I agree with you that they should have emailed everyone explaining there will be a shipping delay and offered to cancel orders if it was not acceptable. I hope that you will get lucky on the shipping (as in it will arrive on your doorstep the 14th or 15th because the delivery estimate was wrong 😉 ).

  4. I just tried the code and the Savvy Surprise Box is back in stock – everything worked. Some items that were out of stock are back in stock.

  5. It says the code is not valid 🙁

  6. It says that Savvy Surprise box is already sold out 🙁
