Mission Cute Plaid + Polka Dot Scarf – value: $32
This scarf is cute – I like the mixed patterns. It’s a nice scarf, but I think the value is pretty high for it.
Printable Wisdom’s Greatest Hits 2015 Calendar - $29 (for printed version, you can also buy a digital download for $15 and print it yourself)
Libete Honey Vanilla Bean Body Lotion – 8 oz?, value: $15
These are both items I was really excited to see in the box. I’ve been looking for some good natural body lotion and this vanilla bean lotion smells amazing! Plus, the only ingredients are water, olive oil, almond oil, beeswax, and vanilla essential oil. There’s not a weight listed, but this lotion is full-size – maybe 8 oz?
I love pretty prints and good design so this calendar is a win for me!
Here’s a photo of the designs for each month!
Holiday Pickle – value: $5
Bauble Ring from Menucha Jewelry – value: $18
This pickle ornament is part of a Christmas tradition I didn’t know about: it’s supposed to be the last ornament placed on the tree, and the children have to look for it Christmas morning. The first child to find it gets an extra little present. It’s supposed to encourage kids to stop and enjoy the moment/decorations before rushing to the presents.
This ring is really nice, just not quite my style, so it’ll be passed along to a friend!
Verdict: All in all, I’m happy with the December Mission Cute box! Almost everything was a win for me, and the value adds up nicely, too. This month’s value is $99 - even if you consider the value without the scarf entirely (which I said seemed to be valued pretty high at $32), the value is still $67. I’m definitely happy with that!
