Dottie Box Mini Subscription Box Review – December 2014 Cocoa

Mini Jar of Hot Cocoa Mix from Berry’s Creations – 1 mini jar, value: $4

Unfortunately, my hot cocoa came open during shipping. It was wrapped around with the bubble wrap pictured that kept it from breaking, but not from popping open. I contacted Dottie Box about the issue, and they immediately sent me a whole new mini Dottie Box – not just a replacement hot cocoa!

This is a really cute and reusable glass jar with a red ribbon around it, filled with Nestle’s Hot Cocoa mix, Kraft Jet Puffed marshmallows, and semi-sweet mini chocolate chips. Hot cocoa has been a daily occurrence in our home this winter, so I’m definitely glad Dottie Box responded so well and sent me some more!

Dinglewood Design & Press Gift Tags – 2 tags, value: $2.22

Red & Green Christmas Light Garland – 3 ft, value: $8

This garland is so cute – I hung it up above an archway in our home right away!

Verdict: I thought this was a very sweet Mini DottieBox this December. I really like all the items and will get lots of use out of everything (thanks to good customer service, I actually get some hot cocoa to try, and extras of the other items)!

What do you think about the December Mini DottieBox?

It is definitely seasonal, but Nestle hot cocoa mix and Kraft marshmallows are not exactly what I think of when they say “high quality handmade items.”
