Idea Chic

The Idea Chic Parcel Post is a seasonal (quarterly) stationery and paper subscription box. It’s produced by the company Idea Chic which is run by a husband-and-wife team out of Denver, Colorado. They design and create stationery, cards, invitations, packaging, favors, and gifts. This is a review of their Fall box.

This box was sent to us for review purposes. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Idea Chic Parcel Post Subscription Box Review - Fall 2014 Thank YOu

Vintage Border Thank You Letterpress Cards + Envelopes – value: $14

These letter pressed thank you notes are very sturdy and beautiful. I love having extra thank you notes on hand, and these are sure to impress!

Idea Chic Parcel Post Subscription Box Review - Fall 2014 Birch

Aspen Birch printed Wood Veneer Bookmark – value: $3

Orange Pumpkin Letterpress Stationery with Sewn Envelope – value: $3.20

Fabric Button Magnets Mint Pink and Taupe Floral Pattern (Set of 3) – value: $12

Apple Spice Sachet – value: $4

This Pumpkin card is a very thick, letter pressed card – I’m looking forward to writing a quick note to my grandparents on it!

This Apple Spice Sachet smells amazing, but I’m not completely sure of its use, unless it’s just a type of potpourri or something? Their website says suggests it as a gift or favor.

Verdict: I like this Idea Chic Parcel Post box – I think the items fit well for Fall and are practical, as well as pretty and well-made. The value comes out to $36.20 – Idea Chic promises for the value in each box to always be $30 or more. Part of me wishes that this box had a little more in it for $30, but I know that these items are hand made from a small business, so I know a lot goes into the items from that perspective. I like and will use each item, so I’m happy.

What do you think about Idea Chic Parcel Post?

Ummm, just an idea, but you might want to cover up or hide your home address in that first picture, Haley.
