  1. I received excellent service this past weekend. We received our 3rd box which was a box that we weren’t going to use on a Saturday. I emailed them that day and a replacement box arrived on Monday. This company is in CA and I am in PA. Now that is service! I did send back the unwanted box on Saturday.

  2. I’m surprised to see so many of you saying you had bad experiences, their customer service team has been nothing but accommodating and polite to me. I have no hesitation recommending this box to friends, and even strangers (pending the subject were to get brought up, as it once has…). I am a subscriber of the platinum box, which includes “concierge service”, but I never once got the impression that they were being nice and helpful because of that. I think if they saw how many of you are expressing disappointment they would go out of their ways to make you happy, but who knows.

  3. I also had a terrible experience with them. I am glad to see I wasn’t the only one.

  4. I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one who had a horrible experience with this box and the customer service. I canceled after the first box.

  5. I placed my order and received a confirmation email; I then sent an email requesting a quick ship as we have an anniversary trip coming up. I received a shipping confirmation with tracking info, and a personal reply email in an unbelievable 2 minutes telling me to expect delivery on Wednesday. No exaggeration, I checked the email time stamps!

  6. My experience has been wonderful with The Fantasy Box. I found their customer service to be excellent.

  7. I haven’t had any complaints so far. I think the value is good. And they seem interested and open to suggestions.

  8. I didn’t have a great experience with them either, it took them several times to send me my ordered size and I didn’t get any warm fuzzies with their customer service. The items they sent were worth the cost and were high quality but i decided it wasnt worth the hassle when they finally got it right.

  9. I was just coming here to say that I did recommend this box, and the two we’ve received were great so far! Definitely worth the cost.

  10. I would not recommend this box- I had such a horrible experience with them.
