This month’s box is the “Sassy and Spirited Party Box.”
The fold out sheet details each of the items included. (I appreciate that they include the retail value with each item since so many of these items aren’t easy to find online).
And there is a recipe for Crispy Polenta Bites!
Monogramed Wine Tumblers – Retail Value $36 total
There’s no brand for these tumblers, but the info sheet says they were made by artisans in Pennsylvania Amish Country. (I really like that they included a personalized item for all subscribers).
Hand Stamped Cocktail Napkins – Retail Value $15
I’m stocked on cocktail napkins currently, but these will make a perfect hostess gift paired with a bottle of wine.
Chalkboard Coasters – Retail Value $5.45
The Original Party Straws – Retail Value $15
Little Lace Box loves using these coasters as party favors. (They also recommend getting a Chalk Pen to use with them instead of the chalk included).
Farmhouse Fresh Fine Body Scrub in Sweet Cream – Value $23
Wow – this item made Oprah’s O-List and the brand is carried by Anthropologie! I love that the scrub comes with a little spoon too. Plus of course the most important part – the scrub itself smells great (not overly sweet).
Verdict: This box is completely different than last month’s box – and I love it. Since Little Lace Box is such a new subscription box I’m curious what direction they will go with themes down the road, and can’t wait to see what’s in the October box. I think this box is very well-curated and you can tell a lot of thought went into it. Some of the retail value prices for the items I can’t find online may be a little inflated, but either way I think this box is a good value for the $39.99 price point.
