Bluum Subscription Box Review & 50% Off Coupon – Sept 2014 Crisps

Blum Naturals Towelettes – Chamomile – Value $7

Snapea Crisps – Lightly Salted – Value $2

Even though I subscribe to baby and kid boxes for gifts, I get so excited when there are mom items I can keep for myself! I’ve liked everything I’ve tried from Blum Naturals, and these cleansing towelettes are always useful. (And I’ve been hooked on these Snapea Crisps ever since they were in a POPSUGAR Must Have box!)

Bluum Subscription Box Review & 50% Off Coupon – Sept 2014 Books

I Feel Happy Slide And See – Value $7

Potty Training Book – Potty Fairy Princess – Value $6

This “I Feel Happy” book is a fun design – all the tabs pull out to reveal pages.

Bluum Subscription Box Review & 50% Off Coupon – Sept 2014 Bib

B Kids ath Time Dolphin Flute – Value $9

Waterproof Super Bib – Minnie Mouse Classic – Value $7

These are both cute and practical items. Bumkins bibs, bags, etc. always seem to be a hit with moms too!

Verdict: This box has a value of about $38. I’m happy with the value and the quality of the items included. One thing I’ve noticed about Bluum compared to other baby boxes is that they seem to send the most books. Do you subscribe to Bluum? What do you think of it? And do you get a lot of books too?

  1. I receive Bluum and by far I like it more than Citrus Lane, they pay attention to the milestone my baby is going trough and they have send me items appropriate for her age and her milestones. Sept was my second box and I still haven’t receive a book, my baby is going to be 5m old.

    • I also like Bluum much more than Citrus Lane, and my daughter is 3! She’s received an average of 2 books per box, which is great because she loves books! The other items are generally good, too–I’ve stashed some away for the future rather than giving her everything at once. The only issue I have with them is that they’ve been late getting my box out the past two months, though at least they e-mailed to let me know it would be late.

  2. I am thrown off by the bib. Maybe I’m a slobbish mom but I’ve never stuck a bib on a 2 year old. Even if you do put a bib on a 24 month year old, you’d probably be on the edge on not using one? Not well thought out in my opinion.

    • Not slobbish. My kids would have ripped this off if I tried to put a bib on them starting around when they were about 12 months old if I remember correctly. (Also wouldn’t you have plenty of bibs by age 2 even if your kid used them?)

      Love the books though!

    • If Im not mistaken those bibs are for eating time. Still by 2yr they are messy if they are feeding themselves so in my opinion this is a helpful tool if you are picky mom.
