The #MSA01 box originally sold out, but there are now a handful left for purchase on Best Of Quarterly if you are interested!

If you are wondering how there can be extra boxes from a sold-out box (like I was) here’s how:

Since Quarterly doesn’t charge credit cards until a few days before boxes are packaged and shipped, some percentage of credit cards are declined. Quarterly reaches out to those customers to make sure if they are still interested they can enter new credit card info. And if they aren’t interested or there is no response after a few weeks, the boxes go on Best of Quarterly. So if you weren’t able to grab a box and you wanted one I hope you get one now!

  1. So disappointed! Just received email from Quarterly after I had emailed them about when my MSA box would ship. I was lucky to get one when notified that they had a few to sell. The Quarterly charge posted to my account on October 14th but today Quarterly said they had over sold by 1 box and would be crediting my account back.

      I’m so sorry to hear it. Can you send me an email with your shipping info? I don’t have the entire box (or I’d ship it to you), but I’d like to send something your way.

      • Bless your heart but not your fault. You have great taste and are well respected and I don’t think Quarterly was prepared for the response for your box. I am definitely signed up for your next box. What is the email I should use? Again, your kindness appreciated but not necessary.

  2. Liz, when will we be billed for the box following the November one? Is it every three months from September (making it March) or every three from November (making the next one ship in February)?

    • I don’t have a definite answer on that yet, but I will let you know as soon as I do!

    I’m curious as to when the 15 boxes will ship out. Do you know? I’m assuming the other 14 haven’t gotten theirs since I haven’t gotten mine yet. The email just said they’d notify us when it ships. I just assumed they would’ve shipped by now. Thanks in advance 🙂

  4. I did order from the Tatcha site using the MSA code that was sent by email– $20 off on a $40+ order– 3 free samples and free standard shipping. It is a pricey skin care line but gets excellent reviews.

    • Free shipping and samples make up for some of the pricy-ness. I went to order from F&Y and they wanted just over $9 to ship! So I didn’t go through with my order with them. So I was happy to see such a huge promo code AND free ship when I got to Tatcha’s site!

  5. I tried to order my boots from JustFab and they would not honor the 75% off code…Even though it does not expire till 10/15/14. I even called.
    But still, no luck in ordering & using the coupon.

    • Same issue here, the site said it had already been used and I called and the rep said the code doesn’t exist and to call quarterly. No thanks, that was enough to make never want to try to use the justfab company.

  6. I got the MSA box the first time around. I just wanted to say again how much I’m loving all the items. I finally did order a pair of boots from JustFab. They made my return visit to their site straightforward. Thanks JustFab! Also, I ordered from Tatcha. I can’t wait to try the Indigo Soothing Silk Body Butter. It gets great reviews.

  10. This really irks me. I have my name on the waitlist- they could have at least sent me another email for the 5 boxes they probably had. Really not liking how Quarterly has handled waitlists from the start. They have our billing information- just do a proper list and give us the opportunity to autopurchase rather than the dog-pile they seem to like creating.

    • I was also on the wait list almost from the start and thought that they would have handled it differently– as in sending “available” emails in the order of sign-up…

      • Agreed. The way they worded it sounded like it was reserved based on place in waitlist rather than sending out a bulk email to everyone for 10 available boxes. I think they should handle it like Justfab does. I’ve gotten a couple “out of stock” styles just by selecting Charge and ship automatically.

    • Exactly! I was waitlisted three times. Why didn’t they follow through?

I think quarterly site was acting up; I was signed in, i had one in my cart went to check out, i was forced to enter all my shipping and payment info again, checked out, the screen had an error made me re-enter everything and then when i finally checked out i got a sold out message. i’m a little upset, if it was in my cart it should have stayed there for the check out process. i never should have had to enter my info since i was logged in. Really sad and a tad irritated i missed out 🙁

  23. Wow!!!! This made my day! So thrilled to get this box! Signed up for subscription to your box. Got Rosario’s and Hiltas – as a travel agent – hers looks perfect! And waiting patiently for Nina’s box.
    The boxes from Quarterly are the best..those and Popsugar and I am good!
