Fancy Box Review – August 2014
The Fancy Box is the original Fancy subscription box. They let you customize this box based on interests, but from what I’ve observed I think the only big variations in box depend on your gender preference for the box.
Fancy kindly sent me the August box to review.
The Subscription Box: Fancy Box
The Cost: $39 plus shipping (my shipping cost is $7.95)
The Products: $80+ worth of stylish products.
Ships to: US and Worldwide (shipping varies by country).

This month’s theme is enjoying the last Sundays of Summer. There were also individual cards detailing each item included.
Chevron Coaster Set – Value $15
I have a lot of coaster sets thanks to subscription boxes, but it looks like these ones will work outside too, so they’ll get some use!
RGB Nail Lacquer in Coral #115 – Retail Value $18
I like the RGB formula, and it’s 5-free. This shade is listed as coral, but it looks more like a fiery red to me – I like it for fall!
Cool Feet Laptop Lifts – Value $13
These are detachable and lift your laptop to allow for airflow underneath. I don’t usually get super practical items from Fancy boxes, but this is one of them – I need these!
Queensboro Bridge Cushion – Retail Value $50
This is my favorite item in the box – I love the colors! We received another pillow by the same company in a Coco Rocha box a few months ago and it is so comfortable. (And it’s the only time our dog has loved a squirrel!)
Verdict: This is a great Fancy Box for me – I’ll use every single item, and I love getting a new pillow or two each season to update our living room, so this bridge cushion is perfect.
