Nourish Snacks Subscription Box Review Coconuts

Cinn-Sational (cinnamon-spiced apples & almonds) – 1.4 oz, 170 calories, 5g protein, 4 g fiber

Coconuts for You (toasted coconut chia-oat clusters) – 1.2 oz, 150 calories, 3g fiber

Posh ‘stachios (Mediterranean-spiced pistachios) – 1.9 oz, 160 calories, 6g protein, 3g fiber

My favorite between these three snacks was the Coconuts for You! The oats they use for it are naturally gluten-free, and the coconut made it taste like some kind of cookie to me. I also really liked the Cinn-Sational because I love fruit (I’ve never been a huge fan of pistachios).

Nourish Snacks Subscription Box Review Cherries

King Korn (colossal crunchy corn) – 1.2 oz, 4g protein, 4g fiber

Almond to Cherries (roasted almonds, tart cherries) – 1.4 oz, 5g protein, 3g fiber

Again, the fruit here made me favor Almond to Cherries over the King Korn, and I liked that they included something simple – just almonds and cherries. I appreciated having a classic snack combination in the midst of some other snacks that were something different I’ve never tried before.

The Verdict: I like the convenience of having individually-packaged snacks on hand and that Nourish Snacks encourages me to try new things. There were definitely some things in my box I wasn’t sure I’d like or would never try on my own but ended up enjoying. It’s also great for any kind of calorie or diet tracking with all of the nutritional information listed on each bag.

What snack do you think you’d like best? Have you ever tried a healthy snack subscription box before?

N.S.

I am not clear on how healthy Nourish Snacks are. Nowhere does It state the fruits used are organic, in which case I have to assume they are not. This means they have then been sprayed with pesticides, and are they made with fresh fruits or dried, in which case more sugar has been added? Does anyone know?

Out of the food subscription boxes that you receive, which one is your favorite? I was thinking of getting Love With Food. Does the Taste Trunk: Sweet still make boxes?

I have this subscription and they didn’t take out 50$ up front – they take 12.50$ out my account each week. And you can cancel at any time
