  1. Step 1 is all open! No more out of stock on Step 1! Hurry and get what you want FAST before it runs out again!

  2. I think I’m gonna skip this month. I like the eyeliners, but I don’t think iridescent is for me!

    • I really wanted the box for the eyeliners but I’m going to wait to see if I can deal on them later instead of buying nail polish I don’t need/want just to get eyeliner.

  3. argh. I actually went on this morning and was talking to my husband about which polishes he liked and he suggested the whole box – with the 10 polishes in them. But I just went back to look at the colors again and that box is sold out and they have some other box picked out for me.

    • Try again later or tomorrow. It keeps going back and forth

      • I was looking at the box with the nail polish remover this morning and it was sold out. Now it is not, so it really is going in circles.

        I just started all this subscription stuff a month ago, my husband LOVES it. Thought he would tell me about one or two polishes he liked…

        • They change a lot. I hope you got the on you wanted. 🙂 Box subscriptions are fun. I have a bunch of polishes. I got so many from julep from the swap site on here and now I own a lot. It is fun

          • I did manage to switch to the box I wanted. Just had to keep checking, thanks 🙂 I am getting quit the polish collection between all of the boxes. My daughter really bites her nails so I like to keep polish on them, so all the choices is really nice. Especially with the better polish free of nasty stuff.

  4. Did anyone else’s wand break? I got mine into June and it broke within a month. Magnets stuck together 🙁 I emailed them to talk about it but no response

    • I just sent them an email on the box choices and received a response that they are backed up in emails and calls. They are working on getting more staff. Good luck and let us know. I was wondering if I should try that.

      • Wow so you got a fast response but I still didnt. That is sad. But I am glad you got a response 🙂 And it is a great product. I haven’t heard of anyone else’s break. It did help. Just wish they can help me get a new one

  5. Can you only get the Queen Anne with one of the boxes? Finally a polish in my name and a limited edition one at that in a pretty color – hopefully it will be available as an add-on, but I would get one the extra boxes too if it weren’t sold out!

  6. This is ridiculous! So much is sold out already! What the heck?! Did they make like 10 boxes? This makes no sense. I am mad.

    • I was on at 8 and it showed sold out. How is that possible?

  7. I was trying to swap out the eyeliner and the item I wanted was out of stock as I was trying to add it. That is a bummer. I’m also trying to figure out how to at least do the 3 month subscription and I can’t see to find where to change to that.

  8. I’m upset with Julep because now it appears they ‘sell out’ of box choices so fast now. I went to my window at 8am this morning and the core box I wanted was already sold out! What’s up with that? I should be able to order any one of the box choices without them selling out, and it was so early! Is anybody else upset by that? Or is it just me?

    • They usually come back later in the week. Just watch for it 🙂 I had that last month

    • I think this is a new practice where they limit the amount per day??? It happened to me and for some reason I checked back that same night and it was “in stock”. Fluke? Divine Intervention? Who knows? But, it worked! Definitely check back during the week like Audrey said. But, I would even try sooner. HTH!

  9. It’s not my imagination, but any changes made to your box results in the inability to change back, correct? Last month I played with the customization option and ended up with the most expensive upgrade, and I had to email them to change back to the $19.99 option. This month I changed my box colors, and decided I would rather try my hand at a mystery box, and now the skip option is missing. I even looked in the FAQ, and while they say I have the option to skip, they do not say how. I’m not sure why Julep has decided to frustrate the consumer into purchases. I have had good responses from customer service, but I should not have to email every time I want to change my box. Maybe I missed something?

    • Via MUT: “Also, they moved the skip button again, it’s in the drop down menu where it asks you where you want your box sent, just a heads up.”

      And: “On mobile it’s under step 3 in a drop down.”

    • Skip Option is now in the drop down where you are indicating where to ship your box: to me, to a friend, skip my box. I accidentally found this. 🙂

  10. I LOVE the violet/purple shades,but I’m just not too impressed with the boxes… I’ll try to swap for Neha, though. What a GORGEOUS color!

  11. I cannot believe you can only get the special Queen Anne anniversary polish with “Beauty Trailblazers” or “Happy Mani-versary” – and it’s not available as an add-on or included in upgrades. Allowing access to the polish in two boxes only just doesn’t make sense.

    • I discovered this once I switched (thinking I would be able to customize this box as well), but th e anniversary boxes aren’t customizable?! Hopefully they will let me switch back

    • I personally don’t care for the Queen Anne color, but I did get a box that includes it. If you would like to swap or something? I’d be okay with that. I’m not sure how to connect with you, or where the swap can be done, I’m sure it’s not on this blog. Let me know if you’re interested. Thanks

  12. I like the colors/finishes this month. But I’m trying to be good, plus my nail polish rack is full, so I went with my default box (Classic with a Twist) but switched out the eyeliner color to smoky plum (I have enough black eyeliners already). No add-ons for me (this time).

      I am up to my eyebrows in nail polish. I like the colors this month. I guess it’s the iridescence??? I ended up keeping my usual “Classic with a Twist” choice and switched out the eyeliner to Smoky Plum also. (It looks great with green eyes.) And since I had enough Jules to make the box free, I added the Taupe eyeliner. So, my grand total was $9.99 this month! Thank goodness for that because I am all boxed out and my mailman hates me! Oh well … 😉

  13. I think I am a little disappointed this month 🙁 I don’t know.

    • Plus their customer service when something bad happens just sucks. I always had good service with them. But they have yet to contact me back this past week and a half
