Sweet Tea Polish kindly sent us their June Box to review. This month, they featured their “Sippin’ On Summer” collection.

Sweet Tea Polish Subscription Box Review - June 2014 Polishes

Charleston Bog – Full Size, value: $9

Cajun Lemonade – Mini, value: $4.50?

Free gift: Hair pin, featuring the Cajun Lemonade polish

Charleston Bog is more green in person than this photo shows (the true colors of both polishes show up better in the swatches below – sorry!). It’s a creamy teal color with black, gold, and dark green glitter.

The Cajun Lemonade polish is a yellow cream color (which is, again, brighter in person than in this photo) with orange and red foil pieces mixed in.

Here are swatches of each polish so you can see how the glitter and foil shows in one layer of the polish!

The Verdict: I like these polishes by Sweet Tea Polish! I think they’re fun for summer, on point with their “Sippin’ On Summer” themed collection this month. And, as always, I love that the formulas are 5-free. As far as the value goes, the monthly subscription costs $12.50 (including shipping), and the value of the included polishes is about $13.50 by my estimation, plus the free gift for each month. Probably the coolest thing about this subscription is the fact that these are hand-mixed: you’ll never find these polishes anywhere else!

Do you subscribe to any nail polish subscriptions? What do you think of Sweet Tea Polish’s colors and combinations?

Hi everyone! Just wanted to clarify that these are 5-free. I researched my formula and adjusted accordingly to ensure that all polishes are 5-free. Sorry for the confusion. And at Sweet Tea Polish, we guarantee that are polishes are of the highest quality!

I noticed the paper that came with this says three-free. I wonder if just this month was three-free?

That’s a good point. I know that the website says 5-free but the card says 3-free. Maybe you’re right!

Being that I’m from the South (now living up north) and like nail polish, this box has been on my radar! I should look into them again now that I’m dropping some boxes and picking up new ones. 🙂 I love CMM but this one looks fun too!
