Jute Yoga Mat – Value $49.95
This mat is described on the Fabletics site as non-toxic and made from eco-friendly materials. It’s 20% Jute (I’m guessing that’s the eco-friendly part) and 80% PVC. I really like the jute weave finish on the top of the mat – it’s a very stylish look, and easy on the feet too. Everything is grippy but not sticky – perfectly non-slip. My only issue with this mat (and I think anything made with PVC), is the smell. It definitely had that chemical-plastic smell when I first took it out of the packaging. (In fact, it’s outside on my deck right now airing out!)
I’m sure the smell will fade though, so I’m happy with this purchase!
6 Pack Skinny Headbands – Value $9.95
These headbands work great for me. (I opened one up so you could see the grippy band on the inside of the headband).
Get a Grip Yoga Socks Without Toes – Value $7.95
I love grippy socks, but I have never tried a toeless version before, so I was pretty curious about these. Turns out I hate them! (I’ve never worn shoes or socks with toe placements, and it just felt weird. Fortunately Fabletics also has a regular version of yoga grippy socks, so I’m going to grab a pair with my next order!
Verdict: I’m very impressed with the quality of all the Fabletics accessories I’ve tried so far – I’m guessing these are how toe-less socks are supposed to be constructed – they just aren’t for me! I’m hoping they keep adding accessories to their collection!
