  1. I couldn’t be any more dissapointed in this company. I ordered the April tote at the end of last month, and the item I chose arrived not as pictured. It was even titled “low-back dress” and the one I received had a high scoop back equal to the front. They did not send correct sizing, and after 20 phone calls and emails I have yet to receive a response from this company. I simply returned the box in hopes that they at least refund the original purchase price, but I guess the return shipping of $12 is my loss. 🙁 Buyer beware. I’ll be filing with the BBB shortly so that no one else has to go through this.

    • I feel like the company has grown exponentially lately and they’re definitely having a difficult time keeping up with the demand with emails and voice messages. From the times I’ve spoken with customer service, I’ve had a great experience and I’ve heard great things from other people too. I’m sorry you haven’t had the same type of experience. I have found that they take awhile to ship, but again with the demand, I don’t see it as too big of an issue on my side.

  2. I still haven’t received my May tote and I ordered on the 2nd day. I haven’t even received a shipping notice from them although my account shows that the order is completed. I’m definitely going with expedited shipping next time.

  3. Totally snagged this when i saw the email. This was my just have item this month so I out off buying the tote for it. I hope I bought the right size… I’m a little nervous!
