Fancy Box Subscription Review – April 2014
The Fancy Box is the original Fancy subscription box. They let you customize this box based on interests, but from what I’ve observed I think the only big variations in box depend on your gender preference for the box.
Fancy kindly sent me the April box to review.

Each Fancy Box comes with cards detailing the items included for that month. This month the theme is items that have a rustic feel. (I don’t think all the items fit the theme – but I like the curation a lot).
Kinfolk Issue 11 -Value $18
This quarterly publication is new to me, and it was fun to flip through. (I especially liked the home tour section at then end!)
And there are quite a few tasty looking recipes throughout the magazine as well!
Wallies Chalkboard Decals – Value $11
On Fancy they have an image of 8 of these put together for a weekly schedule – I may have to buy 3 more packs to try it!
Amano Studio Tiny Gold Studs – Value $22
These tiny little lighting bolt earrings are 24K gold plated and adorable!
Oscar Blandi Pronto Dry Shampoo – Value $21
Message in a Bottle 4GB USB Flash Drive – Value $28
I guess this dry shampoo powder works for the rustic theme if you are camping?
Verdict: This box has a value of about $100 – and I think every item included is great so I’m very pleased with the value this month. (We already received the Message in a Bottle USB Flash Drive in a previous Fancy Box, but I’m happy to have one to gift!)
