Bulu Box Weight Loss Subscription Review & Coupon – May

Bulu Box Weight Loss Subscription Review & Coupon – May 214

Bulu Box is a monthly fitness and weight loss subscription box. Their original Bulu Box is focused more on fitness and supplements, and they also have a WeightLoss box that features healthy products and diet supplements. This review is of the Weightloss Bulu Box.

One thing I learned that I now have to recommend to any Bulu Box subscribers – the box is so much more valuable if you review the products in your box for points! (It’s as easy as Birchbox reviews for points, and you get 10 points ($1) per item. When you combine that with the 50% off coupon, the box is basically free!)

Bulu Box Weight Loss Subscription Review & Coupon – May Offers

This box also came with offers from PeaPod, StreamFit, and FitFusion.

Bulu Box Weight Loss Subscription Review & Coupon – May Smarty Pants

Power Crunch Original Bar Sample in French Vanilla Creme – Value $1

Smarty Pants Gummy Vitamins for Kids (1 day supply) – Value $.75

I love Smarty Pants gummies! I know these are for kids, but I ate them immediately!

Bulu Box Weight Loss Subscription Review & Coupon – May Hemp

Top Secret Nutrition Pump Igniter – 1.5 servings Value $2

Manitoba Harvest HempPro 70 – 15 g Value $1

I’ve sampled Manitoba Harvest hemp powder before, and love it for mixing in smoothies or hot cereal.

Bulu Box Weight Loss Subscription Review & Coupon – May Burn

AminoActiv Capsules (4) – Value $1.75

AminoActiv Cream 3 ml – Value $1

FitMiss Burn Capsules (2) – Value $1

These AminoActiv products are supposed to be a safe alternative to ibuprofen.

Verdict: I paid a little less than $5 for this box and received about $9 worth of products. This is one of the lower value Bulu Boxes, but I like all of the samples I’ve tried so far, and I’ll get $6 back in Bulu bucks when I review these items, so I’m happy with the value. I’ve found that Bulu Box basically pays for itself if you use your points, and hopefully you discover a few new products to buy with those points! (I think I’m going to save my points up for Smarty Pants gummy vitamins!)

  1. I’ve tried to use the 50% coupon for a year subscription – it took me to a blank page!? (Mac, Safari and Firefox).

  2. I want it for the pure fact that it is fun to receive boxes and it is so cheap but I cannot understand how you can get any benefit from samples of certain products.

  3. I recently got an email from them with a new code that’s 55% off! It’s “JOINBULU”:
    “12 Month Subscription: $110 $49.50
    6 Month Subscription: $60 $27.00
    3 Month Subscription: $30 $13.50”

    • That’s really tempting but I’m afraid I won’t be able to use half the stuff. Gummies and any supplements in gelcaps are definitely out (gelatin). Although if it’s only a little more than $4 a box…

Maybe I’ll go back through some old reviews and see what I think.

  4. This was my first box (I bought the annual sub, can’t beat $5 a box!) and also received the Smarty Pants gummy vitamins for adults and kids too. They were yummy but I wish they contained iron. I’ll be sticking with my regular vitamins. I also received a Tapaz 2 Go which unfortunately includes dairy so I can’t nosh on it and a Naturade Vegan Protein Shake! Yummy!! I’m happy with this box for $5!

    • This was also my first month on BuluBox weight loss, and sounds like we got the same box. I’m also really excited for the Naturade shake. It’s hard to find a complete meal replacement shake (as opposed to just protein) that comes in below 200 calories and doesn’t contain any artificial sweeteners.

I’m pretty blah about the rest of the box. I think I would have preferred the assortment that Liz got this month!
