Fancy Box Review - March 2014 Box

The Fancy Box is the original Fancy subscription box. They let you customize this box based on interests, but from what I’ve observed I think the only big variations in box depend on your gender preference for the box.

We’ve been subscribing since the first box, but this month Fancy kindly sent me the March Fancy Box at no cost to review.

Fancy Box Review - March 2014 Mason

Mason Shaker – Value $29

I love this Mason Shaker for our bar, but it’s packaged so well I may save it as a gift!

Fancy Box Review - March 2014 Shake

Shake Recipe Book – Value $25

And it came with a cocktail recipe book by the same makers of the Mason Jar Shaker!

Fancy Box Review - March 2014 Pages

This is definitely the most beautiful cocktail book I’ve ever seen!

Fancy Box Review - March 2014 Post Its

SMS Sticky Notes – Value $7

Bottle Light LED Cork – Value $15

I thought this LED light for turning wine bottles into lamps was so fun! (These post-its are pretty fun too). As far as random fancy items go, these two are wins for me.

Fancy Box Review - March 2014 Tray

Change Tray by Blue & Cream – Value $45

I thought this item seemed over-priced on the, but when I searched for it elsewhere online it seems like $45 is the retail price!

Verdict: This month’s Fancy Box has a value of about $120. This is one of the best Fancy Boxes I’ve received in terms of both value and items I will actually use, so I’m thrilled with the March box!

What did you get in your March Fancy Box?

  1. I was OK with this box, not the best they’ve sent, but not bad. One item I did find very intriguing, that I’m excited about and know I’ll use is the bottle light.
I’ve seen several bottle light products and have a few different ones myself, they are a super cute way to add lighting to outdoor BBQs, parties, etc. especially here in the South where I am. However, I’ve never seen this rechargeable type. They usually have the little watch type batteries and I end up just chuncking them and picking up new ones when they run dead.
These are great!! I’m going to purchase some more of these for sure to use this summer. Super cute!!!
