New FabKids Cheaper Pricing + BIGI Free Outfits! Coupon

FabKids just did a bit of a site re-launch, and the best news is that the outfit prices went from $39.95 down to $29.95. (The previous outfits were 3-pieces, and the new outfits are 2-pieces, but really extra piece before was a hair accessory for girls or socks for boys, so I think this a great value change).

And they are celebrating the new FabKids site with a B1G1 offer for all new customers – you can get two complete outfits for just $29.95.

  1. Do you have any helpful hints on skipping a month – where/how to do so? I joined up after your last post and now my first store is up for January. Since the new redesign, I can’t for the life of me find where the skip button is – and their customer service has not returned e-mails. I don’t want to get stuck with a charge / credit for future orders for failure to skip. I really would like to wait this month out and can’t see how. My husband and I finally gave up looking for it… Thanks!

    • Hm, I just looked at their FAQ and can’t find the skip button in My FabShop like they suggest. Here is there customer care number if that helps: toll free at 1-855-FAB-KIDS
      Monday – Friday, 9am – 9pm (Eastern)

      • No worries – thank you so much for the reply! I’m relieved to hear we weren’t just missing it somehow. If I don’t hear back from them tomorrow, I’ll definitely give them a call. Their shoe partner site has live customer service chat, but unfortunately they don’t. Thanks again!

        • I just skipped this month due to an upcoming move (didn’t want it to go to the wrong place and get lost in the shuffle) and the skip month button was in the upper right corner of the screen where it always has been. I did it on the 2nd…maybe it’s changed since then? Hope you figure it out! They have excellent customer service, I had an issue during the summer and they replied and fixed it right away

          • I did a screencap of what I see in “My Fabshop” where they say the skip button will be. (“Simply visit your Fabshop between the 1st and the 10th of the month and select the Skip This Month option.”) Am I blind? I just don’t see it…

            They have yet to reply to my e-mail or my contact form request so I guess I’m going to be stuck calling next week no matter how much I hate the phone. Thanks for the reply!
