Plated Menu for 12/16 & 50% Off Coupon Code! Featuring Beef and Brussel Spouts Stir Fry!

Here is what’s on the Plated Menu this week:

  • Beef and Brussels Sprouts Stir-Fry over Brown Basmati Rice
  • Winter Vegetable Enchiladas
  • Garlic Shrimp with White Beans and Toast Points
  • Eggplant Rollatini with Ricotta, Spinach, and Garlic Bread

I think I’m going to try the Steak Stir Fry this week (I’ve never cooked steak, but this recipe looks really good, and Plated claims it’s easy!)

FYI – One thing I really like about Plated – they have a subscription service that gets you a discount on your meals every week, but they also let you buy meals without subscribing. You can use the 50% off coupon to get two meals for two people for only $30 shipped!

If you want to try Plated, use coupon code 5b6a3e to get $30 off your first order of 2 meals for people – or one meal for 4 people!

And check out my Plated reviews to see what this subscription includes!

  1. I ordered extra plates this week, while my daughter is home from college, but I’m also skipping next week. We host the holidays at our house – but a steak and Brussels sprout stir fry with a generous sprinkling of peppers sounds intriguing. I plan on picking back up after the holidays though. It has been great having two days worth of meals planned and shopped for!

  2. The garlic shrimp is the only one I am interested for next week, and since it is Christmas I think I’ll pass. Do they usually do truncated menus on holiday weeks? I’ve only been a member for a little while and they usually have 6 or so choices.
