The Jennifer Love Hewitt Fancy Box is a monthly celebrity subscription box. Each month you get items picked by Jennifer! The November box is all about travel. While it may not be for everyone (including me – I’m not much of a traveler), I love a box with a good theme!

The New York Times 36 Hours West Coast – Value $15

I wish I had this book the year we lived in San Francisco! It’s full of mini-vacation ideas for any weekend all over the west coast.

PaddyWax Candle in Rome – Value $16

Passport Stamp Mighty Wallet – Value $15

This is the second mighty wallet we’ve received in a subscription box, and they are really well made. I need a wallet that snaps shut though, so this goes in the gift pile. (Or maybe the future swap section!)

Tokyo Passport Manager – Value $30

This passport manager is designed to hold all your important travel documents – tickets, maps, identification, etc. I’m putting this together with the scratch off map from this month’s Pink Fancy box for a great travel gift!

Verdict: This is a really great box for a traveler, and I think it’s well-curated, but it just wasn’t for me. Fortunately I’ll be able to gift or swap everything here, so that’s OK. The value was a little under $80 as well ($76).

What did you think of the November Jennifer Love Hewitt Fancy Box?

  1. I signed up on Black Friday, so they sent me the May box. They said it’s the new ‘welcome box’ for JLH subscribers. I was mad at first, but now I’m ok with it because I like it better than the November box.

  2. I finally ordered a fancy box, was waffling between Pink’s (which I think is no longer available), Jennifer’s, Kelly’s and Coco Rocha’s. So far, I am glad I went with Coco Rocha, hoping its better than what I have seen so far. I would have hated Pinks’ and Jennifer’s.

  3. I waffled back and forth between trying this box and Tyler Florence. I picked TF, but this box doesn’t seem like a big ‘miss’ at all.

  4. Glad I didn’t go crazy this month with FB. The candle is great but other than that – meh!

  5. I returned mine but I did love the smell of the Rome candle!
