  1. Ordered mine as well with a mystery add-on! I couldn’t resist it!

  2. I ordered mine and had a problem with the add ons too when i was ordering on my phone in Safari. I switched to my chrome app and the add ons showed up in my cart no problem. I think it may be a compatibility issue.

  3. Update…I called the CS and waited for 12 minutes and told them about the add-ons problem and they manually took my order. I also told them about the site still having the free gift set and asked if they’ll be restocking them and she said that their website is slow in updating the picture, but it’s supposed to be taken off. So, no free gift set. She then ask me why couldn’t I add on the add-ons on my computer and I told her I would then click the “checkout” and they wouldn’t be added. I asked if I could just email the order and she said that email replies take 3-5 days, so I maybe missing out on the sale. Then I said that I can’t wait 12 minutes on hold and the only reason I did was because I had the day off. There was a pause, followed by a “sorry,” and “thank you for your order.”

    I haven’t experienced Julep’s bad CS, but really should get a better website and/or someone to answer their emails in a timely matter. They’re losing potential sales because of this.

  4. Can’t do it, I’m already seeing how just getting the monthly nailpolish is going to end up being far too much for me ( and I just ordered all the crackles haha ).

  5. According to the site, the free gift is “out of stock.” I wonder if they’l restock it soon.

  6. I got mine! But it was glitched and I was unable to get my add on. So I will have to call tomorrow and tell them to add my mystery add on. and then I hope I can still get the free gift.

    • I also had the same problem! Hopefully it will get worked out.
