Seasons Box Review – April 2013 – Monthly Subscription for Women
The April Seasons Box is my favorite Seasons Box so far!
This month’s Seasons Box theme is Sweet and Lovely: “The lineup of products in our April SeasonsBox includes products that are healthy and natural, and products that help empower women in poverty.”
The Box: Seasons Box
The Cost: $34.90 (Get 2 free boxes with the annual plan)
The Products: Luxurious full-sized eco-friendly season must-have products.
Ecotools Foam Applicator – Value $5.99
This item arrived with perfect timing for me – it was time to replace my Beauty Blender. Also, I love that this is essentially a beauty blender on a handle – it makes it so much easier to use!
Honibe Honey Drops – Value $15
I didn’t know these existed – what a simple and smart idea! They are 100% honey (no additives), but just without the sticky honey mess!
Connected in Hope Shiromeda Spring Scarf – Value $32
I LOVE this scarf! It’s a perfect summer weight, and the color and pattern are perfect. Here is some information about the foundation that produces this scarf:
Connected in Hope is a non-profit organization that strives to empower women in Ethiopia to rise above poverty through sustainable income development. You can feel great about wearing your Connected in Hope scarf knowing that the profits from each scarf are devoted to empowering women and strengthening families.
A wonderful cause and a beautiful scarf – I will definitely buy more of these for gifts!
Crawford Street Skin Care Lemon Deodorant Cream – Value $12
When I saw this item I was pretty skeptical. (I’ve tried natural deodorants before, and nothing has worked for me before). I decided to give it a try, and I was pleasantly surprised. First, it smells fresh, clean and amazing (I love the scent of lemon). Most importantly, it does actually work – and it’s free of aluminum and parabens! My only issue with it is the application – it would be so much easier if this was in a typical deodorant stick!
