I think I lucked out on my box – it didn’t have the Butter Nail Polish or the Josie Maran Lip Stain (that I really wanted to try) but all the other beauty products were there. UPDATE: From what I can tell FabFitFun went above and beyond to make it right with customers who weren’t happy with their boxes. I never reached out them because I was very happy with the value of the box.(I’m not sure how it was determined who received which box variation, but if it helps, I purchased this box on March 7th, and the invoice says it is VIP Kit 2).The Box: FabFitFun VIP Gift BoxThe Cost: $49.99 a box sent every quarterThe Products: The hottest seasonal items (worth at least $100) selected by Giuliana Rancic and the FabFitFun team (they are promising a Full-size MoroccanOil hair treatment in the first box!)Jouer Lip Gloss (Mini) in Nude Glisten – Value $5Zoya Nail Polish in FabFitFun! FULL SIZE! Value $8I like that they have an exclusive Zoya shade made just for this box! And I love this little lipgloss mini.GOSmile On The Go Teeth Whitening Pen – FULL SIZE! Value $22I’m so happy this was in my FabFitFun box – it’s been on my list to try.Moroccan Oil Treatment – FULL SIZE! Value $43This is the one product they promised would be in every box – and it’s awesome. It’s also worth more than what I paid for the entire box (I used a $10 off coupon when I signed up).Jewelmint Earrings – Value $29.99I really do like Jewelmint jewelry – but I think I only like Jewelmint jewelry when I pick it out for myself (see my review here). Unfortunately, these earrings aren’t my style.thinkThin Creamy Peanut Butter Bar – Value $2Too Faced Lash Injection Mascara – .13 oz Value $4I like a really big mascara brush, so I’m not sure this mascara is going to work for me. The weird thing is, on the Too Faced site, the full size version of this mascara shows a big brush. Verdict: The value of this FabFitFun box is about $114 – Amazing! The only things I won’t use are the earrings and probably the mascara, so this is definitely a great value for me. If I had never seen the other box options that were sent out this month, I would be thrilled with this box. Since I’m still a little jealous of the Josie Maran Lip Stain and the Button London Polish (both full sized) I’m happy with this box, and I hope that they get a little more consistent with box value in the next installment.I remember quite a few people weren’t happy with the first Pop Sugar Must Have box, and then the next box was a lot better – I’m thinking that may be the same thing that happens here. Also, from what I can tell, they are being very responsive on their Facebook page and letting everyone who was upset with their box know that they want them to be happy and they will make it right. I think that’s really impressive and I am definitely sticking around for the next box!Which box variation did you get from FabFitFun? Were you happy with this box?
