  1. DO NOT BUY THIS SUBSCRIPTION. I subscribed to their service about 3 weeks ago and they emailed me a few days later saying that they are out of service and plan on resuming their service at the end of the year. I had paid $29.99 to them for the intro offer. I emailed them back promptly on August 2nd (over 2 weeks ago) saying that I would like a refund of my $29.99 until they resume their service. I have since emailed them 4 times and they still have not refunded me. It takes 2 seconds to go into their paypal account and kindly refund me. They have not done this in over 2 weeks after I emailed them 4 times. I have just opened a dispute with Paypal and I hope that they will ensure that I am refunded. These guys have no business ethics which is a shame because the service is something I would have like to have received in the future. I will not be recommending this subscription to anyone. They should be informing people when paying that they are no longer in service and plan on resuming later this year, rather than taking your money and not refunding you because they are “too busy”. What bad energy they bring to what initially is sold as a good intention. Shame, shame, shame!

  2. Do not order from Wellyfish.

    I ordered this box back for ~$27 on December 12, 2012 and have received nothing but a headache since.

    1. Less than a week after I ordered a 3 month subscription I was notified that the service was being suspended until their website was up and running (early in 2013).
    2. Since I had already submitted payment, I was told that I would receive a box full of their favorite brands from 2012.
    3. On 12/31/12, I emailed Wellyfish asking when I should expect to receive the first box. I received a response two days later saying I should receive the box after the first week of the New Year.
    4. On 1/20/13 I still had not received the box. I emailed Wellyfish again asking when I would receive the box. I received a response on 1/22/13 saying I should receive the box by 1/24.
    5. Now it is 1/26/13 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE BOX.
    6. I have requested a full refund and have yet to hear back from Wellyfish.
    7. Bottom Line, DO NOT ORDER FROM WELLYFISH unless you want deceitful customer service.
